I'm highly pleased and satisfied with the service I have received. The staff on the phone are very polite and helpful. Sign up was easy, I received all paperwork quickly and I'm now saving money each month and that makes me happy. I am very impressed with the excellent service I have so far received. Thank you!

Payed £60 a month with British gas, exact same cover now with Home Emergency Assist for £28.00. They now cover non emergencies too!! Always impressed when I need them, customer service team are amazing and we always have a chuckle! Hate this computer says no attitude so very refreshing when you call a company and are greeted by people willin to chat, have a laugh whilst providing me with everything I need! Well done, keep up the fantastic work

My water pipes burst inside the home and these lot were straight out to help me before the whole house flooded. Stopped the initial leak then returned the next day as arranged to repair the pipes that had gone! Saved me a bundle by having the cover in place.

Professional people don't hide behind Terms and Conditions and are normally upfront about what they do! Bought a policy from them for a landlords cover. Never needed to use it so never had to log back into my account or find out how good the service would have been. At the end of the year, no contact or email to remind policy is renewing, money taken out of my account. Checked my account online, no active policies. Not received any paper work to say this is my new renewed policy either. I wasn't made aware that they will be keeping my bank details on their file - I never allow for my bank details to be kept. I rang them to say I've had no correspondence or reminders about renewal, and the response was - it's there in the terms and conditions that we will automatically renew. Tried to explain there should be some form of communication, and the answer is, you should have read the T&C! I asked them to cancel and they said, we cannot cancel, I have to write to them. What century are we in?! Clearly, no need for anything in writing to take the money but cannot cancel over the phone! You've got my money once - but never again. May be a good way to get customers and take their money - but not a sustainable to way to keep customers.
