Services Provided

We provide a drawings only service, to support applications for Planning, Building Warrant, Listed Building Consent, & Conservation Area Consent. Our service is to producer drawings that can then be submitted for the Local Council for review as part of the Statutory Approval application process (Planning, Listed Building Consent, Building Warrant, Conservation Area Consent, etc). Intended for small scale works, such as: - Minor internal & external alterations that require statutory approvals - Removing walls or forming new spaces - Works to a Listed Buildings - Replacement of windows or the installation of a wood burning stove/flue within a conservation area, We advise our clients as best we can through the design process, but we cannot guarantee that a Statutory Approval application will be successful.
