Dean finished our basement bathroom. Along with being extremely knowledgeable about nearly everything, Dean is extremely easy to deal with. He made sure to educate us on all the different ways we could go in terms of shower installation, tile, vanity, etc. Once we picked out what materials we wanted, Dean skillfully coordinated the project. His labor rate is very reasonable and he’s an open book in terms of sharing his expertise and experience if you take him up on it. The bathroom looks great and ended up being under budget in terms of what I had originally expected before contacting Dean. Tremendous experience and so thankful I found The Repair Coach! Highly recommend!

A True Gem! I had a stair rail replacement DIY project that had gone from bad to worse to ‘I give up”. I thought I was going to scrap the entire project and replace everything at an enormous expense. As a last effort, I called Dean. He is nothing short of amazing! Working with Dean was, hands down, the best home improvement experience I’ve had. He is timely, knowledgeable, careful, purposeful and communicative with both time and cost. His work is important to him and it shows in the quality of the finished product. As a woman who runs a busy household, I also appreciate what I didn’t get from Dean – the runaround, the mansplaining, nor feeling uncomfortable with a stranger in my home. He is a genuinely good person. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Dean for your home improvements. He will be my first call for my next project!!

Dean helped us with a basement demo/remodel that included tearing out cabinets, leveling concrete floor, offering guidance on the installation of vinyl planking, replacing light fixtures and such. Extremely conscientious, professional and flexible. Continued to show up until the project was finished, was flexible when we wanted to change decisions and accommodated the changes professionally. Work is of a very high standard. Cleaned up each day. Did what he said he was going to do and when he said he would do it! Highest recommendation. Will definitely use again.
