Juan not only underpromised but he over delivered with my project. I find this to be a rare quality in the construction world these days. After multiple quotes from other companies to repair my rusted out driveway gate, I chose Juan and his team at Iron Top. He took one look at my problem and suggested a brand NEW gate at a price that was competitive with my earlier repair quotes. No brainer there! Within ten days of the initial quote I had a beautiful, secure gate fully installed. Pretty fast turnaround as well. High quality work and excellent service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Iron Top Designs to anyone. Thanks Juan!

I would never recommend this company. The work ran late, my home was painted at great cost, sadly any damaged areas were neither sanded nor caulked before painting. To make matters worse, when the iron staircase was installed, hardy planking and the new paint job were greatly damaged. Juan did not take responsibility for either problem, and they still exist to this day. Furthermore, the majority of the iron work had to be redone. Part of this home exterior renovation was to have the front step tiles replaced, and again, this work was not completed, and to this day there are four tiles missing (for some unknown reason Juan instructed his tiler to not finish this job.) Beware of this charmer- he will promise you the earth and not deliver, and has left me out of pocket, as I will have to hire tradesmen to make good his work.

This review is to praise Juan and his contractors on the wonderful job they did on our wrought iron stair rail. The careful manufacturing and attention to detail make this rail not only a beautifully functional piece in our house, but also a work of art. It is clear you take pride in your work. I also want to thank you for dismantling our old rail and installing the new one in the same day. With our 22-month old, it would not have been worth the risk to have it done any other way, and you rose to the occasion. Thank you for accommodating our needs!

We recently finished the remodeling of our home after 5 months of work and I wanted to write you to tell you how appreciative we are of the really fine job your company did with the decorative railings in the front of the house and the railings and circular staircase on the back patio. I was amazed at the precision of the different pieceso which ended up just perfectly level, precisely fit and beautifully finished. The powder coating finish was superb and should minimize our maintenance expenses over the years. I do also appreciate your working so patiently with my wife Susy who is very detail oriented. She is very happy with your work as well which is a complement in itself.

Juan Espindola with Iron Top Designs designed and fabricated a beautiful piece of artwork for our lobby entrance. Prior to the time Mr. Espindola met with us we literally had cattle guard fencing on our decrepit excuse for a staircase. It was an unsafe eyesore. Mr. Espindola composed and illustrated several design choices for our selection. His knowledge of architectural design and engineering with respect to ironwork was very helpful in the design selection process. His diligence, attention to detail, professionalism and overall work ethics are unmatched by any of the other contractors we have worked with in the past. His work reflects the excellence in craftsmanship, which is seldom see anymore. He has masterfully created the vision he illustrated in the renditions he submitted for our design selection. Truly the finished work is more beautiful than any design rendition could ever hope to illustrate.
