This company was hired by my pool contractor. They installed lighting in and around my pool and landscaping. The system they installed failed after about a year and the switches they installed don’t work well, if at all. They are so difficult to operate that I’ve resorted to just leaving them on until they burn out and just not replacing the bulbs. I called a few years later and asked that they be fixed/replaced. (I was at my wits end with these switches) The technician who came out actually made the situation worse (hard to believe). I called again to describe the current problem and was promptly shouted down and blamed for the 1000s of dollars they lost because the pool contractor failed to pay. I got what I paid for, I guess... A cheap lighting system, incompetent technician and very bad customer service.

The McLean Electric Company owner, and his team Brian, Hassan, and two other hard-working gentlemen went above and beyond to help me through a very trying situation. They successfully coordinated a permit, county inspection, and completed all work in the same day - despite repeated challenges from the local power company and county bureaucracy. Because of their dedication, and expertise (these are older homes and electricians must be truly skilled to deal with them), I will only call on them for future electrical services, and will recommend them to all friends and family.
