Quoting and design aspects were very professional. Construction onwards was plagued by problems, delays, and excuses. Some of the specified plants were completely unsuitable for our location. Damages to existing infrastructure were numerous. When he turned up for the handover, the pool was green because the 'smart pool' control unit had failed. We were left to carry the costs for getting the pool 'stable' as it was never stable at any stage during handover, or after handover. The water tank built by 4Blue adjoining the pool continues to leak. For 3 months Jamie Loft has not answered phone calls, he hasn't responded to messages, and hasn't returned emails. The only reliable person in 4Blue no longer works for the company. Our gardens and lawn (done by 3Green, another Jamie Loft company) suffered due to lack of water. We have had to purchase water on many occasions to replace that lost due to the tank leak.
