Equinox Louvered Roof

The louvered roof appears to be very durable, well-made, and is attractive. My disappointment is with the lack of customer support when I needed to obtain a failed circuit board that controls the opening and closing of the roof. After numerous attempts to obtain help finding a replacement and not getting the courtesy of a response from Equinox; I, after considerable effort and expense, found a local company that was able to completely rebuild, replace, and restore my ability to open and close the louvered roof. The original roof operated for a total of 3 months of very infrequent use. This makes me question the durability of the roof and Equinox's commitment to the support of its product.

After considerable research and consideration, we chose an Equinox Louvered roof for covering on our patio. The services from Jari's team were excellent, and we are very pleased with the installation. We highly recommend this type of covering which has now been approved by our Home Owners Association for installation anywhere in our neighborhood. Even our City inspector gave us top rating. It is first class!

We love our louvered roof. It is GREAT. We looked at many different types of covered patio options. Clearly Equinox is the BEST, it cost a little more than wood up front but in the long run maintenance FREE and it has it's own gutters. NO need to hire electricians. The crew was GREAT they did an EXCELLENT job. They were ON TIME, CLEANED UP, NO SURPRISES. We would encourage anyone thinking about a covered patio project to call Jari and look at Equinox louvered roof FIRST before you make a huge mistake and buy something that is not that good. Then everyday you are out on your patio you will be saying I should have bought Equinox. They are simply the BEST.

The Equinox louver system is the perfect answer for our new outdoor living space. We had looked a very long time for a product/design that would keep rain out, not obstruct the view to the backyard and green space beyond, and allow natural light into our home and covered patio. Jari and his team were delightful to work with (how often can you say that about contractors?!?), and started and finished the project in 3.5 days. The patio cover is functional, attractive, and maintenance free, as well as very cost effective. We are enjoying our new 500 square feet of outdoor living space. Thank you, Jari!

I can't say enough about Jari and the Equinox team. They are extremely professional, provided a fantastic product that now allows us to enjoy our back yard without the sun, precipitation and bird poop raining down on us.
