Best service man. I called for an air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I did not order on of their better packages. I was tiring to save money. "It's like the car wash they say there is 5 packages." You can pick from a lite yearly cleaning for $99 or 4 more better ones, When the tech came he said i needed to get a better one with brushing He said the flaps are dried out on my dryer vent cover, i said no to the upgrade and he did the one i ordered. Later i saw the vents were sun dried out. and the lint was on the ground the duct came apart. I called the mgr. came out to fix it for free. and offerd to clean the ducts again were ever any dirt was for free. i have changed my mind from prev. review great service. Damaged property, incomplete work, and wasted time. Owner of company came to perform an inspection, didn't complete inspection of vents and told me to perform it, simply reviewed what was damaged and stated this could happen to anyone. I provided the evidence to the owner and was informed that if you don't have full metal sheet air ducts any warranties will be void which was not mentioned by the technician. The irony of that situation is that vents that are full metal ducts weren't cleaned either, but the whole house not being full metal sheet air ducts allows the company to pull a scam like this. Steer clear of this company at all cost.

Absolutely the best. customer service is top priority they treat you like family and the service is phenomenal. the prices are affordable and the warranties are the best. i had another company telling me i needed a new ac unit.royal came and fixed it for less than a $1000.00. I definitely recommend this company.

Just a great company. the service was the best I have had. and the timeliness was spot on. The house (with 4 dogs) is not an easy job. The did so much better then I ever expected. and more then I expected. Price was really great and about 1/ 2 what the last company asked for and for m ore work done. I definitely recommend Royal.

They took care of us from start to finish, letting us know when they were arriving, walking us through an explanation of their procedures, following up to be sure we were satisfied. Great service, friendly staff, professional work, very good prices.

I highly recommend this company. They were very professional on the phone and in person. They did more than I expected for the price. They cleaned up the mess they made and my house is cleaned. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I had Royal air duct cleaning to do a professional air duct cleaning. They were very professional and polite,they called on the way and showed up on time,they had uniforms and shoe boot covers.They were very respectful to my house and did a fantastic job.I would hire them again.The total of the job was below $500.00 which was a fair price.Real air duct cleaning doesn't cost below $300.00 and i knew that when i hire them i had some guys in the past offering to do it for $50.00 red flag,I'm glad i went with Royal. I will hire them again and again.
