I had over 1500 sq.ft. of interior walls and their ceiling to paint. Jim Happnie was quick to respond with a quote and provided lots of pictures of completed jobs. His quote was decent and fair. He spent a lot of time going over the different sheens and we went with a more expensive paint then I originally had chosen. The cost of materials was included in his original quote so it didn't cost me anything extra to upgrade the paint. Very happy with his job. Had 2 other guys working with him. Very polite and personable. They seemed to really like each other. Happily gabbing and listening to music as they worked. We had many cathedral ceiling which was really tough, and they did great with them. We had 4 other estimates and he was the only one who offered to come back and touch up for free after our new floors were installed. Would recommend Happnie Homes.

Jim and his team are excellent in all aspects. We had several rooms with 20 year old wallpaper that had not been applied correctly. They were able to remove paper and repair walls and paint. Beautiful walls. Jim inspects and keeps in touch daily while job is completed. Will definitely hire again.

I am thrilled with the results of the work Jim did for me!!!! I made contact with him through his website and he responded by the next morning to set up an appointment to discuss the work I wanted to have done. We set up an appointment for Saturday and he was on time and gave me a quote on the spot! His pricing is very fair and his work is just amazing! He kept to his timeline for the project finish date and we could not be happier with the results! He took our very ugly colored vanities and painted them as well as painting some other walls. I came across Happnie Homes when I was searching for local painters on Facebook. I called Jim to find out more about him and asked if we can meet. He was at my house in 15 minutes to give us an estimate. Our home was on the larger side with many high walls so we needed to make sure that the painter we chose was capable and experienced. He was friendly, professional and reasonable so we decided to give him the job. He was always prompt and ready to work when he arrived each morning. He made sure that he protected our furniture, hardwood floors and carpet from any paint. Jim worked tirelessly for several days and was always meticulous with his work. In addition, he was patient with us while we flip flopped between colors. We recently bought a home and the entire inside from top to bottom needed painting along with some carpentry work. The painting included all ceilings, moldings, doors, inside/outside of closets, trims, railings, stair treads, holes patched, etc. You name it, we had it painted. We also had a very dark room that had dark stained cabinets and moldings that we changed to white. Jim and his partner came back to look at the scope of work and sit down with us about the quote and what it entailed how the project would be laid out. They showed up every day, they were professional, courteous and cleaned up every day before they went home. The carpentry work that was done was excellent. Our project included upstairs and downstairs, so they made sure that one level was completed at a time in order for us to have living space. At the end of the project we all made lists of things that needed touch up or fixing. They made sure that we were completely satisfied before wrapping up the project and leaving. I would absolutely hire them again.
