We used J.F. Roesemann to renovate our first home which was an old and outdated apartment on the Upper East Side. From start to finish Samantha and John were nothing short of incredible. We completely renovated the entire apartment including a brand new bathroom, kitchen, and flooring. Every single detail was thought out to perfection and you can tell Samantha and John really care about their clients and the job that they are doing, even the little things. The project wasn't complete until every little detail was done to our and their liking. Besides the fact that our apartment looks amazing, the communication that went on between Samantha and us was first class. She met us every week to go over any questions that either side had and was always willing to answer emails and phone calls whenever we had questions (which we had a lot). We couldn't be happier and highly highly recommend J.F. Roesemann Builders. In fact, when our next project or apartment comes along, we won't be calling anyone else but them. Thank you for your first class work and customer service!

David Estreich Architects

David Estreich Architects is just finishing a challenging Manhattan renovation project with J.F. Roesemann Builders, and we could not be more pleased with the result. The project involved the creation of a highly detailed jewel box-like space with refined finishes including limestone marble and woodwork integrated with new sophisticated lighting, mechanical and communications systems. John and Samantha's experience, aesthetic discernment, technical knowledge, and warm interpersonal skills were the lynchpin of this project's success. Over the past 35 years or so, we've worked with a number of contractors who cater to the very high end of residential architecture and interiors. We easily put J.F. Roesemann Builders in the top group. We look forward to many more collaborations with John and Samantha.
