My husband and I have worked with Jon and have found him to be very honest and trust worthy. He installed our complete system in our home. We have 2 theatres, one inside and one outside. We are not very tech savvy but Jon has always been very patient and helpful. There is never a time when I call that he doesn't either answer or get right back to me. He is one of the best subs we had on our home.

This was the second house that Jon has done for me. Jon installed (7) Samsung LED TVs, plus (2) smaller home theater systems, replaced all existing ceiling speakers, and installed a new automation system. Jon also helped out with a phone system install and worked with Cox and DirecTV for me. Jon is always available to help with items if they need attention, and all work done was done first rate in a very professional manner, and done in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with all of JL Automation, LLC's work.

JL Automation did a fantastic job installing a fairly extensive Elan G! system in my home. It is a large residence, about 9000 sq ft, and Jon and his crew had their work cut out for them sorting through miles of sloppy prewiring installed during the initial construction, and also installing some new wiring to fulfill some specific requests I had made. Jon personally wired up all the equipment in the rack - he is completely obsessive-compulsive and every last wire was perfectly routed and bundled. The system is quite robust and has worked almost flawlessly. The few inevitable bugs that showed up subsequently were handled quickly via code tweaks or firmware updates. JL also provided a quick and detailed yet simple to understand cost estimate for the project, and was competitive with other installers who had specified inferior systems that were really not properly scaled to this home. He also was very willing to work and program some equipment I supplied. This project took a few weeks to complete and I got to know Jon a little bit from the time together, he is a genuinely nice individual and was always a pleasure to have in the house. Anyway I highly recommend JL, you will not be disappointed.
