Delighted to share that we've had the extreme pleasure & optimum experience with Trilogy Construction working with John DiDonna, a consummate gentleman, who is well trained, educated, resourceful, and most of all, kind ... who with Josh Green, as Project Manager, completed a major home re-construction project on our Frenchman's Creek, Palm Beach Gardens property. . After comprehensively interviewing several contractors, without any reservation, John DiDonna presented the fairest and most detailed bid and stood highest among many other professionals who asked the right questions and brought along the finest sub-contractors to offer their input during the bidding process. Our home demolition and subsequent remodeling is beyond anything we ever could have imagined in great part due to Trilogy's attentions to every aspect of construction, always, working collaboratively with our architect and designer .... who always were in sync with coordinating every detail. My husband's business is in real estate, so, choosing Trilogy as our contractor was a decision made with tremendous insight and background as the entire Trilogy team possesses extraordinary skill sets coupled with their incredible people skills. Since we live off-season north, we felt comfortable having Trilogy completely in charge during our absence, and at all times our construction site was cleared of debris and always was left in fine order to the point that our community expressed continued accolades about Trilogy's efforts and accelerated building procedures. We did a total renovation of a bathroom on the second floor: replaced tile floors and shower walls, new shower fixtures in different locations, new sink fixtures and vanity, frameless shower enclosure. In the Master bedroom and bath, we did a total redo of the master bath and closets (down to the studs): moved doors, relocated shower, toilet, her closet , vanities, added lighting, removed the tub and built a beautiful window seat with storage and enclosed the WC with a frosted glass door and installed radiant heat under the white marble floor. It turned out absolutely great and I love the area now! John is professional , hands on contractor, and comes to work looking like a professional but is certainly not afraid to do the dirty work. He is easy to get along with and is very patient with the home owner. His work and his subs do a first class job. I have built/renovated 11 homes plus ran my children's renovations as well and I have an eye for design. This definitely was one of the more enjoyable jobs I have done. Photos to follow in December.

My husband and I hired Trilogy Construction to renovate our home, as well as an outdoor lanai and new summer kitchen. John DiDonna, owner of Trilogy Construction, was flawless in organizing and executing the project. He and his staff are efficient, reliable, and always available when I had questions. The finished product certainly speaks for itself, as our home is truly breathtaking. We have used several other builders in the past, but the quality of work, professionalism, and overall experience do not compare to our experience with Trilogy Construction. We will continue to use Trilogy Construction in the future, and would highly recommend their services.

The Decorators Unlimited has been successfully working with Trilogy Construction and John for some time now.
