John Molloy Painting gets the job done! John and his team, in addition to being terrific painters, are what everybody hopes and wishes for in a contractor - always on time, thorough, provide accurate estimates, and ready with helpful suggestions, Lastly, and most importantly in my opinion, John **does** what he says he is going to - I love it. Oh, and one more thought, John and his team are a delight to have around and are guaranteed to provide an uptick to anybody's day. They are unfailingly friendly and helpful while being as minimally intrusive as possible. Make no mistake, if you are looking for the Bay Area’s most solid ally in the paint world John Molloy Painting is your first and last candidate.

Great Team! VERY Professional, and if perfectionism is what you desire (and you should - for long-lasting success!) then John and his team are the ones to hire. John has an extensive knowledge of the industry, many years of experience restoring Victorians in San Francisco with fine detailing inside and out - AND he has a fantastic personality to boot! He's a lot of fun to work with and very easy-going. As far as I could tell, he was personally on the job site every morning and did a lot of the more specialized work himself. The workers were great, polite, respectful and the special care taken to prepare properly, which is extremely crucial, was quite evident and the results were FANTASTIC! I am looking forward to have them come back to do the inside in several months or so after we tear out a few walls and remodel.

Great crew, Timely, beautiful detail quality work, You will not be painting and repairing again for along time. The removed and and remudded all our bumpys spray on walls so smooth and with alot of detail, then painted 80 % of our first floor. They will return when we do the kitchen area The best!

John originally painted my house 12 years ago and has been coming back annually for maintenance and touch-ups. Each time his work is outstanding. We have a multi-story home many eaves, decks, overhangs and they get it all. Highest rating, look no further!

John and his team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house. They were extremely thorough and John took the time to help me decide what color to use and it ended up looking fabulous. They showed up on time every day, worked extremely hard all day and cleaned up/organized before they left at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone; and will definitely be using them again!

We've hired John Molloy's crew twice to paint the interior of our 3-story townhouse in Oakland. If you're looking for painstakingly fastidious work executed by professionals, look no further. The quality of their work is absolutely outstanding. Flawless. The crew is small and dedicated, and they really care about quality. And they're pleasant, trustworthy, and keep everything tidy. Their work is expensive and worth every penny.
