Not only did our project wind up under budget and ahead of schedule, it turned out amazing and John was with us every step of the way from designing meetings all the way to handing the keys over and sharing in our happiness! Communication was top notch the entire time. The creative ideas and practical changes along the way were always welcomed and were extremely beneficial in the long run. The personalized attention to our build and the attention to detail along the way was incredible. The quality subcontractors Piazza's use were all top notch with unbelievable creativity and talent. John Piazza Jr Construction finished our custom home on Camano Island just shy of a year ago. We had talked to multiple contractors and interviewed previous customers before deciding that Piazza was the best choice for us. The process started slowly due in part to our provided design, our HOA involvement and because the Piazza team were very busy when we came to them. John was very helpful in providing ideas on keeping costs down without sacrificing the look and feel we wanted in our home. We had no surprises with the build cost, something that plagues many customers in the custom home market. As usual in any construction process our schedule slipped but our project manager Bill Inman was communicative, great at explaining the things we didn’t know and overall a great guy to have representing our interests since we lived close to 2 hours away from our building site. Everyone on the Piazza team that worked on our house were respectful, happy to answer our questions but most importantly had great work ethic. Our neighbors constantly commented about how hard working they were, how they tried to keep things tidy at the construction site and how responsive they were when an issue was brought to their attention. When issues arose after occupancy, they were quick to resolve them. We love our house and were very pleased with the process. We would recommend John Piazza Jr Construction without reservation to any potential customer. They are the best!

I can’t even begin to explain how easy John Piazza Jr. Construction made the home building experience for our family!! They made our house plans into a beautiful family home! They really cared about every detail--big and small! 7) The project did not run over budget except where we chose to spend additional money. 8) Piazza executed the plan we designed extremely well. We wanted to upgrade our 16 year old kitchen. After much thought and planning, we ended up with an entire first floor, outside decks and patio remodel. We knew it was going to be a large, complicated undertaking and were concerned about finding a good contractor to partner with. Enter the Piazza Dream Team. John and Kim Piazza were very thoughtful and diligent working with us from the initial planning stage through bidding, scheduling, selection of colors, cabinets, hard surfaces, appliances to the completion of the project. His entire crew is very personable, attentive to detail, motivated and highly skilled in every aspect of construction. Our outside decks and patio are amazing entertaining areas both day and night. We now have a gourmet kitchen and eating bar that surpasses all expectations we had. They did beautiful work in our living room, dining room, family room and powder room. Working with Piazza Construction was a pleasurable experience. We gave them our plan. They gave us dream spaces to live in and around.

John and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my 1940's kitchen, finishing on budget and on time and bringing the kitchen into the 21st century. John and his wife, Kim, made several suggestions that really made my kitchen "pop" including the vinyl tile that looks like slate. From now on, when I have home improvement projects, no one but John is going to touch my house.

Hiring Piazza Construction to build our new house was a wonderful experience. John, Bill and the whole crew were knowledgeable, thorough, and always conscious of our needs and desires. As is always the case with a big project, there were problems along the way, but they met them head on and in a professional manor. The results of our new house is nothing short of spectacular and we are enjoying it immensely. The most impressive thing to us was what they brought to us as ideas to incorporate into the house that really added to the houses livability that we would not have thought of on our own. They were a great partner through the whole process, could not have asked for anyone better.

John was hired to replace and existing window with a larger one to improve the view in one room of our house. Like many of these projects there were complications but we were very pleased with the project and the communication was great.

John and his crew worked hard to get me great prices. The market was down so we had a lot of subs wanting to work.

Overall a very positive experience. Mike Y. and John Jr. were a pleasure to work with. They provided many excellent ideas from the planning stages through the completion of the renovation. They were flexible about change orders and kept me informed about any possible additional costs and they completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. There employees and subcontractors did excellent work, were very considerate and easy to work with. I would definitely go to them first for future projects and highly recommend them for others.
