Jon Burge Architects

Jon Burge is a registered Architect in the State of Virginia with current NCARB certification. He received his Bachelors of Architecture at the Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies in 1997. He began his career in Bethesda, MD working throughout the MD, VA, DC area. Here he developed his talents as a draftsman, designer, and project manager. His love and understanding of the building process allowed him to produce quality designs that were also budget and contractor friendly and melded seamlessly with the various styles of architecture he was confronted with. His design senses were refined during a four year tenure in Asheville, NC where he encountered the local mountain vernacular and craftsman styles. In addition to his pursuits in Architecture, Object Design, and Woodcrafts, Jon is a full time husband & father and is continuously engaged in complete renovations to the 1970s ranch that his family calls home.
