The professionalism was outstanding from the initial call to set-up the appointment to the locksmith, Bob. Bob is very knowledgeable and he was able to get everything completed in a timely fashion.

I called West Florida Locks on Sunday to help two girls who were locked out on their Porch. Bob was extremely helpful on the phone. Bob was there within 20 minutes and was so friendly, and quick at getting into the building. I was really impressed by how quickly he was able to get in, and both the girls commented that he was very professional. Plus, the price was really good.
