Kieffer's Appliances

I ordered a sub zero under counter refrigerator last June 2021 and have been calling these guys back every few months for an update. They first said it would arrive in December, and then when I called back it was March and they said my Salesrep should be keeping me informed. It’s now been 11 months and if I don’t call them, they don’t call me. They have never called me once. More than disappointed on their customer service and complete lack of follow up!

zero stars, paid in full for a new kitchen worth of appliances, THEY said delivery date was mid august, never informed otherwise by them. When its time for installation - I was informed it would be October due to covid. No mention of covid when i paid for all of these very expensive appliances. No response from them, no communication. DO NOT USE THEM

Just OK. They have a good range of products so if your need is to physically see the things you want to buy - then, by all means, they're a good company. But over all, we've found them to be lacking in terms of installation and service. The idea behind going with Kieffer's rather than a less expensive online company was that they are a local company and available to service our not inexpensive washer/dryer and dishwasher. We bought a Miele dishwasher (I think it was the diamond one) and Electrolux washer/driers. The idea on the washer dryer was that the doors could open BOTH from the left and the right and we were told when we bought it that they would be able to have the washer open from the left and the dryer open from the right to facilitate moving one load to the other. Well, they showed up, installed and of course, that didn't happen. The man doing the installation said it was impossible and he knew nothing about our request. The dishwasher has broken in one place and Kieffer's has said they don't service it. I don't know if this is bait and switch or if the left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Miele having independent service contracts? I don't know. I do know I'm not buying from Kieffer's again. In the future I'm going to find the least expensive, most reputable place and not worry about getting a local company if it's online it's online. If not, fine. It vexes me though. I have no problem going with a local company that is more expensive because I want to support my local businesses and I think there is something to be said for employing someone at a good wage who will give back to the community but in all - there just wasn't any point. They weren't the least expensive and gave about as good customer service as any big box store or online retailer. I know 2 stars is low but the Houzz tells me that stands for "Just okay. Could have been better" which is exactly the service we got.

I installed a new farmhouse kitchen in Chadds Ford this summer and purchased all my appliances with Kieffer's. The service was excellent and was treated extremely professionally by Conal Roney and their staff. They truly know how to take care of their customers and will be sure to purchase future appliances at Kieffer's. Janet Z.

Kieffer's Appliances is top notch. They have a beautiful showroom which features terrific displays. They offer many brands including high end appliances. Kristen, our rep, is very friendly and knowledgeable and does a great job sourcing what we need for our projects. She is always easily reached and provides us the information we need in a very timely manner. We certainly will continue to send our clients to Kieffer's.

Jace Kieffer did a great job helping remedy a problem with a Kitchenaid oven that we purchased. He stood behind the product and got someone out to fix the issue. This is why you go to a place like Kieffer's rather than the box stores.

We've been working with Kieffer's appliances for several years now. They are extremely knowledgable and friendly to work with. They have very competitive pricing and excellent customer service. One item we recently ordered was on back-order and was the only piece we were missing for completion of the home. They had it delivered as soon as they received it a couple days later to ensure we could have the home complete in time for our first Open House. I'm quite confident we will continue to work with them for many more years.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Kieffer's over the years. They carry over 60+ brands, so it's extremely easy for our customers to select their particular appliance package. Their sales staff...including our rep, Dustin Stehr, has such great knowledge about all of the products they carry, enthusiasm for what they do and determination to find the right appliance package for any customer. Everyone that works at Kieffer's is so pleasant and willing to help answer any questions if our rep isn't available. The customer service they provide is first class, I always receive confirmation calls for customer deliveries. And the delivery guys are professional and take their time with every single appliance they bring into a clients home. I look forward to working with Kieffer's for many years to come and wish them the best success.

We have done business with Kieffer's for several years and will continue to purchase from the because the service and staff meet and exceed our expectations ( especially Jace Kieffer). Our first experience with Kieffer's many years ago was when we we had an issue with another appliance company's lack of response on a service call. I called Kieffer's and they came out and took care of us immediately. We have been purchasing from them ever since and they have continued the exceptional service!
