I was looking for a chaise longue and the only one that I really liked was a model on sale by Kingsgate. As I live outside England I was nevertheless somewhat reluctant to buy due to all the inherent difficulties and risks. However, Kingsgate did everything possible to ensure that my buying experience would be as close as possible to buying the chaise longue at a store next door. They have answered all my questions, provided free fabric samples, put up with my hesitations and doubts and effectively gave me full confidence that I would be satisfied with the deal even not having had any previous contact with them and being located 1300 miles away. And so it was. The chaise longue is beautifully designed and flawlessly made (to order) with excellent materials. In my several contacts with Kingsgate I dealt mainly with Christine Brown, who is really a top professional.

Principal Michael delivered outstanding quality of service both at the order stage, when his advice was at once professional and courteous and upon delivery which took place on exactly the date advised. The excellent delivery men did not even baulk at having to remove and re-hang an interior door for access bless them. As to quality of the leather furniture, the very best, second to none....................I started in the trade over 40 years ago and have witnessed some poor workmanship in that time; not here, the upholstery was spot on, good old-fashioned quality.

After a long internet search I decided to order a two seater Chesterfield sofa directly in England, namely from Kigsgate Furniture. The choice is due to the wide choice of styles and the courtesy and patience of the staff, when I contacted them by email. I received samples in Italy and I could easily choose the color and quality of the leather. If I had room I would have taken the three seater because the price difference is negligible. Once ordered, they were sharp and I got the settee at home after a reasonable number of working days and it was really amazing because the quality and beauty of the upholstery work is beyond any expectation. workmanship is without economy, with generous padding and sumptuous deep buttoned back and seats, I would say regal. I am completely satisfied and so happy with the final cost, after all, reasonable in relation to product quality

Excellent service throughout. Always available to answer queries and we were kept informed about progress and delivery arrangements. The leather wing chairs we ordered were packed with great care, arrived safely and are of high quality.

We ordered an expensive leather sofa on-line after receiving helpful advice and good examples of swatches/buttons etc. Manufacture times were better than anyone else and delivery was completed bang on time. We were delighted with the finished product.

I have have purchased various items of upholstery from Kingsgate furniture throughout the years and have always found the staff very helpful and the quality of workmanship is second to none each piece of furniture is hand made in England which is a bonus I have recently purchased a bespoke Chesterfield made to my own sizes and couldn't be happier the staff have so much knowledge of different leather types for every situation I will use again thank you for my wonderful furniture i will be back to purchase more I am one happy customer
