Hats off to Ken Sanquist for building the most beautiful, sturdy cabinet/drop spot made of reclaimed wood for our redesigned family room. Working with PT Designs, we had ordered a piece from a manufacturer, which did not meet our needs as described in the website. Ken, who also meticiously painted our rooms, came to the rescue with this hand-crafted piece at a reasonable price. So nice and easy to work with!

Ken was the general contractor on our new kitchen, including new layout, expanded entryway, countertops and backsplash, HVAC rerouting, paint colors, cabinets, roll-outs, hardware and hardwood flooring. Ken was awesome to work with and always responsive to our questions. He coordinated all the subs at convenient times for us. Easy to work with and flexible. Direct and professional.

Ken built and installed cabinets, bookcases, and a window seat, installed crown molding and casing, and installed some lighting for our office room. Everything from the initial consultation, design planning, and construction went smoothly and on budget. Ken was easy to work with and always responsive. If you look up the phrase "top professional" in the dictionary, Ken's name should be the first thing you see. We plan to hire him again to install wood flooring, finish a basement room, and add a new bathroom to the basement.
