Brick grouting project resulted in problems, ie loosening of sand, foggy bricks. Additional expense for repairs is necessary. Very disappointed.

Carmelo and his crew spent about a month on our property fixing a number of different things. We liked his work so much that we kept asking him to do more and more. As others have mentioned, his concrete work is excellent. He also installed about 60’ of French drains, involving cutting into a patio, as well as some pavement repairs and new sprinklers. We were very satisfied. He is quick and really understands what needs to be done and the quality of his work is very good. Definitely recommend him.

Excellent work done, very professional and always on time. I was very please with a work well done. I had my garage re done, my house painted, back yard done with concrete, and all doors change.

The Superman of Masonry has arrived! Carmelo and his team accomplished what I thought would be impossible. He reclaimed space for us by carving out a hillside and building a fantastic retaining wall and storage area for us. He also created a large outdoor brick and concrete counter for our huge pizza oven, and it looks fantastic! He and his guys are friendly, clean up the area each day, and the price was totally reasonable for the back-breaking amount of work that needed to be done. And all my worries about the various elements (like re-locating sprinkler lines and gas lines) were all taken care of. I didn't have to call in any other specialists to do it. . . he did it all. I felt REALLY taken care of. You will too. . . so stop searching for people for your next project for God's sake. You've found your Superhero. It's a bird. It's a plane, No. . . it's Carmelo!

I have hired Carmelo three times: once for a day job, once for a week, and once for a month. The best thing about him is his prices. You won’t get anyone who does gives you better value. He is reliable, professional, and clear. I am an extremely demanding customer with precise, custom projects. Other contractors would charge extra for something new or demand a change to do something more familiar, but Carmelo is was willing to attack all my requests and happily redid a couple of things when it didn’t meet my expectations. My only warning with him (and I won’t even remove a star for it) is that his time estimates have been much shorter than the actual. He charges by the job, so it didn’t cost me any more, but it did take more time than I expected.

Carmelo and his crew have done 2 projects for us. They repaired a large porch roof and re did it completly. Looks great and better than new. We just had them install Kitchen Tile again a beautiful finished project. No mess to ckean up at the end of any work and end of the job.

LA Home Fixers is very cost efficient compared to other quotes we received and the work was of high quality. The result was exactly what we ask for...adding onto to our block wall, removing and replacing wrought iron fencing, brick flowerbed border and a small area of pavers. We did add on a few items and they were very accommodating and gave many suggestions and options. The only constructive feedback we have is the workers could have done a better job in cleaning up at the end of the project. Overall, very satisfied!

Carmelo and his crew exceeded my expectations. They did all the site prep and concrete work for a new home. As always, there were unforeseen changes required. The estimates for the extras were fair and reasonable. They left the site in pristine condition. I highly recommend this contractor.

Great team. We hired Carmelo and his crew for some hard scale and repairs. Our job was done professionally, and in a timely manner. They were respectful and professional and at a reasonable price. Any changes/add on’s were done no problem. No high pressure sales tactics. We would hire them again.

LA Home Fixers were professional , respectful and helpful with ideas regarding cosmetics on making things look appealing to the eye. The clean up man could have done a better job as concrete splatter was left on the fence and stucco. Other then that we are very pleased with the overall job. Thank you , Jerold J. Blanton

Carmelo has completed 3 outdoor projects for us. The first one was building a small common retaining wall between our neighbor's house and ours. It was completed on time and it looks great. Our second project involved demolishing an existing retaining wall in the back yard. Carmelo was able to get the permit quickly for both the new retaining wall and the swale. He had to re-pipe the entire drainage system and now we do not get any overflow into our backyard. The third project was completed today which involved replacing the sprinkler valves on our hill. He was able to finish the project on time, his workers were courteous and professional and we appreciated the extra mile he went to make sure we were satisfied with the final results. I am very satisfied with the excellent work performed by L.A. Home Fixers. The following projects were completed in a timely manner with much attention to detail: Two concrete patios with break ribbons, installation of drains, a Masonry retaining wall, and concrete pavers were installed in the atrium area.
