Open Concepts

Kawika and his team were excellent! We couldn't have asked for anyone better! Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined and we will definitely use Open Concepts on our future construction/remodeling projects. Prior to meeting with Kawika, we had at least five other contractors who visited our home to give us an estimate and every single one of them were flaky and never got back to us. A couple gave us "low-ball" estimates and kept giving us different prices, which seemed really shady to us. With Open Concepts, they always followed up with us and kept us informed on when different items such as our cabinets would be coming in and what days and times their team would be coming over to work on our kitchen. They actually cared about quality and doing a great job, while keeping us informed of the process. They also made sure that both my husband and I were happy with how things were going every step of the way. I understand (from my coworkers), that I am a picky person and have high expectations. I would highly recommend using Open Concepts. They have excellent work and truly understand customer satisfaction.
