Laser Marble And Granite

My wife and I choose Laser Marble and Granite because they seem to have such high reviews and were also highly recommended to us by her parents. With that being said I would feel guilty if I didn't share my experience with them. My wife and I picked a slab from there lot that we very much liked, the sales woman was standing with us and told us that we could have that slab and it was within our price range. We went directly from that stone to the computer inside to finalize our order. I'll note that it seemed like the company was having a BBQ that day and the saleswoman did not seem entirely focused on us. We were very excited to have our countertops installed and I took off from work so I could be home while they were being installed. On the day of install I heard a knock at my front door , got up to go answer it and found two men already standing inside my house! I do have a lock box on my front door which I must have neglected to close properly, but that does not excuse them from going into the lock box and using the key to come into my house. Moving forward , they started there install and about halfway through I looked in to see how progress was going. I noticed that they were installing the wrong countertops! when I informed them about this, they said you'll have to call the office. While trying to get in contact with the office, they hastily installed the rest of the countertop and left without saying a word. not only was the countertop wrong but the cut was wrong as well. I went to the office to see if this could be sorted out and was told no that's what you ordered. I have tried calling to speak with the owner and am always told he's not in and he hasn't returned my calls

Job was incomplete in our minds. The salesman agreed that the job was poorly done. He scheduled twice to come out and fix. No calls and no show. We had to text to find out that he was not coming. Got his money and gone! Sadly we trusted the salesman who was very professional when he came out to quote the job. We were told it would be inconvenient for him to come out and fix during business hours. To bad. We had plans to use them in our new home.

The customer service was excellent. They were very patient, asked many questions to help us figure out what we wanted and walked us through the entire process. The finished product is awesome, we receive compliments from most everyone who sees it. We have recommended Laser Marble & Granite to all of our friends.

I have done five kitchens this year with laser . They were fast accurate and perfect on install . All this for a great price . Recommend them all day long .

As a real estate broker in Richmond I have dealt with and viewed many granite jobs, but this job was for my personal residence. For that, I obtained several estimates - all others were higher, and one over-measured (and therefore would have overcharged) my job by nearly 20 sq. ft.! Don't be fooled by the huge showrooms - Laser has the same granite selections, but the price was better by a good bit, the measurements perfect, and the job, which was absolutely beautifully and professionally done, was completed exactly when agreed. The showroom staff were responsive and a pleasure to deal with - can't say enough good things!

Yennifer was very friendly and professional from the time I walked in. She even took a sample white cabinet door with her to the granite lot, so we could see how my cabinet color would look with the granite samples. (No one else at the other granite places did this. Most of them just sent me out to their granite lot to wander around, and there were no prices posted.) She was extremely helpful, even though I was not looking at the high-priced granite slabs . We chose a stunning black with blue granite, for a wonderful price. She worked up everything right then and there, so I knew exactly what the price would be. She arranged for her staff to come to my house to measure the area, then we submitted the order. Laser Granite also has a large warehouse facility in Lorton, and the granite can be sent quickly to Ashland. It only took about 2 weeks to get the finished product, which was all processed there at her facility in Ashland. Her staff did a great job of installing the granite, and it looks beautiful. Shopping at Laser Granite was a very easy process. Even though the facility looks small from the road, it is a one-stop shop, where everything is done right there. In other places I looked, I would be asked to choose a few granite samples (by myself- with no help on pricing or cabinet matching), then that store rep would send my color choices to a fabricator of my choice. Then the fabricator would call me at some point to give me his prices on processing the different choices. It was time consuming, and in 1 case, the fabricator never called me back.

Laser Marble & Granite installed our new kitchen countertop and it is beautiful. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire process: from selection through installation. The fabrication and installation was professionally done. The stone was cut so that our one and only seam is at the sink and it is not at all noticeable; you really have to look for it. The island with the curved corners looks great and they did a fantastic job of ensuing the most beautiful pieces of the slabs showed up in the cut pieces that wound up in our kitchen. I saw one review comment on low selection - the thing is, if they don't have what you want, they can get it from ARC which is nearby and has a huge selection. My wife and I are very pleased. I highly recommend the fine folks at Laser Marble & Granite!

We purchased granite countertops from Laser this year and are completely satisfied with the product and service. They had a decent variety of selections and the staff was able to source out our requirements very effectively. Great customer service too

We saw a complete slab of granite at a home show and thought it would make a great piece of art in an alcove at our new house. We bought the approximately 9 foot' by 6 1/2 foot slab from Laser Marble and had them install it in its entirety on the wall in our house. At 1100 plus pounds it was no easy task but they did it without difficulty using mostly glue with a small support at the base. We love the effect and are very happy with the work of Laser Marble and granite.

We check with a lot of companies to install the new counter-tops. They had a really good selection, the price was the best we could find, and the service was completed very quickly. The finished product made all the difference and made it look like a brand new kitchen.
