I needed a set of plans for a nice 2-story garage. I found them and they created a great set of customized plans starting with one of their generic plans. It worked out great.

5 stars - " highest recommendation ". Steve Vatter and his staff did a wonderful job of taking my thoughts and incorporating them in one of their plans to create a "legacy" for my family. Phone and emails were all it took for these consummate professionals to blend ideas with reality in a blueprint. Everything I asked for ( and more !) was done in a timely and courteous fashion. Easy to take the time to write a unsolicited recommendation when the contractor is so easy to work with. Great job !

There was a barn design we were interested in, short of a few customizations; Steve was easy to work with, soliciting details, providing a preview and adjustments as needed, then producing the final plans in a timely manner.
