Really enjoyed remodeling our small condo with the help of Lani and Lei Floor. Incredible customer service and knowledge of products. Chris in the window coverings area was super helpful and was able to make damaged shutters look like new!! Highly recommend this company.

Do not order from them. They have terrible service. I ordered 70 MSI arterra coping $38 each received a broken tile, and also 2 chipped tile. No replacement or refunds from them. Also 14 others had chips on the back. I brought the tile in, and a different salesperson, Heather would not even help me, and said I needed to come back in 40 minutes and talk to Lani. All I wanted to do was leave it for her. Worst experience of customer service!

Very knowledgeable about products. I wanted plantation style blinds for my bedroom windows. Because the windows met in a corner, it was a very difficult installation. Couldn't have been done by a less experienced professional.

The sales staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Their installers worked well with our design team as well as working around various construction disciplines in a crowed and busy work environment. They installed porcelain flooring and wainscot finishes along with preparation and installation of luxury vinyl surfaces throughout the medical facility.
