Lidia Syrwid, owner of Real Estate Solutions Star, has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including: design, home staging, consulting, interior styling, redesign, shopping services, sales and project managing. Through several years of experience as a real estate agent, Lidia understands the needs of agents and how to serve them most effectively as a stager. She has completed several “gut” renovations of single family homes and investment properties throughout the Chicagoland area and understands the relationship between design choices and construction realities. Lidia’s ability to grasp the uniqueness of each client along with her problem solving skills have helped her in putting together a team of people to aid in the staging and redesigning process. Was very impressed with the staging that Lidia set up for my home, especially with me living overseas and not being able to oversee the staging in person. Lidia is great to work with. She has done the majority of decorating and furniture suggestions/purchases for Townhouse. The best part is that she was able to get us a great discount on furnishings and decorating pieces. She was able to understand what look I was going for and the colors I liked. She coordinated all of the contractors that I needed for the job and took care of everything else. Even when I couldn’t be home for a job, she was there to direct everything and make sure things went as planned. Throughout each step of the design process, she presented excellent options that were always within our budget. She has excellent sense of color and pattern, and she understands how to design spaces. Each of her subcontractors was outstanding and added to the success of our design. We are looking forward to our next project with her.

Lidia’s a friend of mine so I knew she was the person to turn to when I wanted to plan my proposal. My girl’s a huge romantic so I wanted it to be like the movies: roses, lights, you get the picture. Needless to say I needed a feminine touch… Lidia came out to my house and made my roof deck look awesome. Seriously, you would think it was a five star restaurant not a bachelor pad. She put up lights, got some flowers, and decorated the table. In case you’re wondering, she said yes!
