I have been designing closets and custom cabinetry for over 25 years. I have been told by my clients over and over again the passion for what I do shines from inception to completion. I had the pleasure of working with Lori Kasten of the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach, FL. She is a competent, smart, helpful and talented associate. She has patience, good suggestions and style. I did a complete apartment of closets, bath cabinets and a large library built in. Lori takes her time, gives suggestions is very through and her attention to detail is amazing. I am writing this review as I have never worked with someone as pleasant, aware of my needs and so helpful as Lori. Her iphone number is 754-235-5369. Lori is incredible. She comes to your home and designs your project. She gave me wonderful ideas. I had her do my laundry room and a large bookcase area. I highly recommend her. She is the best!

Good initial design and help with a few revisions to accommodate my needs. Demolition and repair went well and install at was flawless. A few bumps along the way due to back office confusion but extremely satisfied with the result.

Lori is amazing - she is so easy to work with. She is a great designer and so communicative. We just had an install in our Casita she designed and we love it. Next is a bar and wall unit. Lori is the best !

Lori was wonderful to work with! She is a great designer and had great vision. We love our closets so much and they’re not only beautiful but also function so well. We were so happy with the work that we called her back to do 3 more closets for us!

I am thrilled with my new closets. Lori designed 2 new master closets efficiently and beautifully. The entire process was smooth from start to finish - including our 2 design sessions, signing the contract, and communicating with the factory. I also had a few questions along that way that Lori was able to take care of right away (changing my handles and clarifying some design ideas). The destruction and clean out team lead by Eric was great - what a patch and paint job! Then the installation team of Santiago and Tony were master crafters! I highly recommend using Lori Kasten for all of your closet and storage needs. She and Closet Factory exceeded my expectations.

Lori was knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. Lori used every inch of space available to maximize organizing everything you need to store in every kind of closet. I am so happy that I had Lori to help me figure out what to do with all of our closets.

We had looked into various options for our closets and our entertainment center. Lori was the ONLY one who was able to put our thoughts onto paper. The closets are stunning and efficient use of space and our entertainment center is stunning. Better then we could ever imagine. She worked with us on every aspect and the crew that’s been to our home was nothing short or respectful and clean.

I had an unbelievable experience with Lori!! She transformed my closet into a modern, elegant, and perfect place for all of my clothes, shoes and bags! She was there for me every step of the way and was so detailed and knowledgable about her craft. I also ended up doing a spectacular tv unit with her that really made my family room look finished. I am so happy with her work!!! Highly recommend

Lori designed a Murphy bed system paired with some built-in cabinets and floating shelves for one room in our house, and we were so happy with that, we brought her back to design our kids’ closets and our our two walk-in closets in the master. They are absolutely gorgeous! Lots of terrific features and special add-ons that are proving to be as functional as they are beautiful. These were just several small projects in a major renovation of a house that had abandoned for three years, so we’ve been making LOTS of changes, but the closets may possibly be the very best part of the whole thing!
