Lucy Rebello Design

Lucy helped to design my brand new kitchen furnishings, it was quite a challenge, as the house was a building site when she first visited. I explained the kind of look that I wanted & within a few days, Lucy had found the perfect curtain material. Once this was chosen, I could move ahead to choosing paint etc. The curtains are beautifully made, many people have commented positively on the material covering the curtain track. The lighting that Lucy suggested works well & her curtain fitter did a great job.

I employed Lucy to completely redesign the master bedroom. The initial meeting involved Lucy finding out my likes, dislikes and shaping the vision for the room by using swatches, photographs and colourways she had brought with her to help focus on what we were trying to achieve. We also discussed and set the budget for the room. At our next meeting she provided a moodboard and proposed plans for the room, together with ideas for furniture, which we discussed and agreed. Lucy was able to recommend a carpenter, decorator and soft furnishing company to carry out the required work. She engaged with the tradesmen to direct them in the tasks and project managed the whole job. The project, which included re-plastering of the ceiling, dismantling and building new wardrobes, new curtains, carpet, bed, lighting and bedroom furniture went smoothly and Lucy was on hand to deal with any issues. I am delighted with the result and very proud of my beautiful bedroom. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy for her design and project management skills.
