My experience is like others. The lack of communication is terrible. The order and payment was processed right away, however it several months and 20+ phone calls to this vendor (which were never returned) and 3 separate shipping/transportation companies. I did finally receive the piece and am happy with it but it was not at all worth the aggravation. Order from somewhere else!

Ordered a console table through their website on 10/30/17. No communication regarding shipping, etc. After 8 days, checked the status on their website and it said "awaiting payment". Confirmed with my credit card company that MaisonXXIV never accepted the payment so it was released after 7 days. After several emails, I have not heard anything about this order. Would not do business with them again. Poor/non-existent communication. Update: Payment processed November 20th. Have been "awaiting shipment" since that date with >20 unreturned phone calls and emails.

I'm still awaiting an order from January. Called and emailed numerous times and zero response. They did charge my card so no way to dispute charges at this point. Never had this problem before. Not even sure how to proceed from here, but to warn others!

My experience was as bad as everyone else who has reviewed this ridiculous and unreliable company. I ordered a mirror for over $2,000 and was told it would arrive on or around July 21st. On July 25th I emailed to ask the status and was told "oh, the one you ordered was damaged and we're out of stock; sorry." The mirror was available through two other vendors for a slightly higher price but I foolishly trusted this sham company. Do not order anything from them.

I ordered a table from Maison XXIV, March 29, 2017, which is 5 weeks ago. They state that if you have any questions about your purchase, email or call them. I have done both, numerous times, without a response from this company. As of this week, my order should not still be in "awaiting fulfillment" status. Despite the date it was promised, any company that wants good customer service, needs to respond to their customers. I would appreciate a response to my emails and phone calls.

Ordered mirror on April 14th. Credit card charged over $3000 on day of order. No one ever answers the phone. Will not respond to emails or phone calls asking for order update. Order information continues to say only "awaiting fulfillment". Do not order from this "company". Appears to not be legitimate company.

Been 2 months since I ordered a table from them .. Sent emails requesting an update on order and never received a response. no phone call no email. Beginning to think this company is a scam and going to dispute charges.

Purchased two end tables from Maison XXIV. Order states "Processing" for weeks now. Still hasn't shipped despite reassurance through email contact that they were "in the warehouse and should be shipped tomorrow", - that was more than a week ago. They are slow to respond to inquiry, and obviously slow to ship. I will update my review if I receive the tables. In the future I will think twice about choosing a vendor to save a few dollars.

The tables did ship within the specified time frame which was Delivered by Apr 6 - Apr 29. The tracking was updated the day that it shipped from the warehouse as indicated to the customer. This information is inaccurate.
