Manor Fine Cabinetry did my entire home from top to bottom. There did all my bathroom vanities, all my built-ins, desks, mudroom, rec room and kitchen. They are absolutely amazing! Vito and Frank are professional and punctual and are always available. The quality of their product is outstanding and and their installers are top notch. I would never use another millworker again and would highly recommend them. My house is a show piece because of their work.

Manorwood Fine Cabinetry My Husband and I had a vision for our new kitchen. We wanted something modern , sleek, non conventional and very appealing Manorwood seized our vision and turn it into reality beautiful cabinets highly manufactured, excellent hardware including shagreen leather panels for the appliances and tall cabinets. They crafted and produced the cabinets professionally and on time We have no hesitation in recommending Manorwood if you are looking for something outstanding this is the company, we will use them again.

We used Manorwood Fine Cabinetry for a kitchen in our new home a few years back and were very pleased, so the decision to use them a 2nd time to build a basement kitchen was an easy one. Vito was great to work with in putting our rough ideas into a plan, Frank and his team delivered the plan beyond our expectations. There installer Eugene was extremely clean & meticulous. We are enjoying our kitchens very much & get many compliments. We highly recommend Manorwood they do amazing work! Many thanks to Vito, Frank & team.

Great design - But! We are very happy with the design that Adriana put together for us and with the various installers (Vlad and Alex did the bulk of the work), but that is the extent of it. In the end it was not a pleasant experience working with Vito and Frank and we do not recommend Manorwood. There were a few issues, but the most telling one dealt with two separate miss-designs where Vito/Frank were not willing to accept ownership of their mistake. Despite providing manufacturer specs for our new appliances, the drawer faces beneath both the cooktop and the wall oven, when installed, were obviously not tall enough - two replacement drawer faces were required to fix the problem. When bringing this to Vito and Frank’s attention they initially denied receiving the specs. When I was able to provide email evidence to the contrary, they then insisted that the specs are often inaccurate (really, check out the detail of Bosch specs) but they would be prepared to provide a band-aid solution (filler strips). When we were not prepared to accept this, they offered to send over one of their guys (I believe his name was Tom, great guy). When Tom walked into the kitchen he noted immediately that all we needed were two new drawer faces. This is all we had initially asked for, so why the hardball and the bad blood at the tail end of a fairly expensive and presumably lucrative project for Manorwood? This was not the only issue; but taken in totality, the general theme is that Vito and Frank’s default position is to deny and deflect any culpability and continue to pursue profit margin right to the end. With regard to the above issue, it would have been much easier for us to accept their solution, and I am sure that many people would have backed down to their postering and unwillingness to move. Had we done this, I know I would have ended up being dissatisfied every time I looked at it; while I don’t like to writing a review of this nature, at least I am happy with how the kitchen looks. With the countless number of kitchen design/fabrication companies around, it doesn’t make sense to deal with a company that appears to not value or understand the business sense of customer service - simply put, it would not have taken much for this to have been a glowing review.

Full kitchen renovation project in Toronto- Vito and his team were amazing from start to finish. We received very personal service with Vito at our first meeting and his attention to detail was evident. Rita the designer assisted our designers to tweak our design plans. Our cabinets were prepared in a timely manner and installed by Alex an extraordinary skilled cabinet installer. Our kitchen has exceeded what we dreamed of. The entire team at a Manorwood made this project a smooth, seamless renovation with the highest quality. We are thrilled with our complete kitchen renovation and would use Manorwood again and highly recommend them!

They install when they say they will. Therefore, never holding up the project. Their installers are clean and efficient.
