Mansion Windows and Doors

BUYER BEWARE My wife and I bought over $5,000 worth of stackable sliders from Ryan and Neil at the Winter Park location almost a year ago. They are still in the box at our front door. Mansion chose not to install these sliders on our home after taking our money and dropping them off at our home. Mansion sold us sliders, that we have now found out from legitimate contractors, can’t even be installed on our home. Ryan’s (I believe he is an intern) response, “We are too busy opening another store to help you”. I’m sure many other stores will be opening if this is how they conduct business. I have to repeat this: They sold us a product that can’t even work on our home, and left it on our doorstep while taking our money. So now we have sliders that can’t be installed and we are out over $5,000. Aren’t companies who sell windows and doors supposed to be able to install them? Or know that they are compatible with the the home they sold them to? All we have asked is that they stand behind their sale and all we get is a shrug of the shoulders from Mansion. Trying to reach out to the manufacturer at this point (PGT) for any sort of help. Frustrated and Embarrassed in Longwood.

I would absolutely recommend Mansion Windows and Doors to anyone who's looking for a top quality window or sliding door, and a top quality customer service experience. We were new to the area and talked to several window contractors before selecting Mansion Windows and Doors, including several other window companies that were recommended by our general contractor (who was handling our renovation). We were replacing 18 windows and 3 sliding doors, so we needed a contractor who could deal with a large scale projects. Most window contractors failed to deliver on even the basics of showing up on time for an assessment, or providing timely feedback on what the cost estimate would be, following the assessment. This was not the case with Mansion! Many factors went into selecting Mansion, but it ultimately came down to Casey's professionalism, positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to work with us to find the product that fit our project, and our budget (refitting an entire house with great windows and high quality sliders isn't a cheap endeavor). Casey told us exactly when the windows would be ordered, and when they'd arrive ... the windows arrived on schedule, but there was an small delay on one of the doors tracks. The great news is, Casey still set up our install with the confidence the door tracks would be delayed no longer than a week, and he was right. The install started on time, and our installer (Jeff) was fantastic, methodical, professional, and skilled. He took his time and the install went even smoother than we could have hoped. Everything about our install went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Mansion to anyone looking for quality windows and doors, and a high level customer service experience.

Mansion Window & Doors did an excellent job on my home. I had consulted 3 other window companies and Mansion offered the best service and the highest quality Windows. I used Mansion to replace my old single-pane, louver-style Windows with double-pane, energy-efficient horizontal sliders. We also purchased a modern front door which really transformed the look of the house. I cannot recommend them enough!
