We worked with Mark Parry/Idea Studios as the architect for the build-out of our fitness studio F45 Training San Rafael. Mark has a keen eye for detail, listens intently, thinks outside the box, and brings years of expertise and insights to the table. He always made it clear that his primary objective was to make sure that we ended up with a space that we were thrilled with. Despite having to work within the confines of design elements dictated by the fitness franchise, Mark was able to elevate the design of our studio. Indeed we were thrilled with the ultimate result. Mark brought expert knowledge of ADA regulations and was helpful in navigating the county approval processes. We were particularly happy with the design of the bathrooms and showers, spaces in which we were more free to add personal design elements and let Mark work his magic. We take great pride in showing our fitness studio to potential members, especially the bathrooms. Mark really understood our concept and worked passionately to crystallize and realize our vision!

Mark Parry is your absolute, gotta have, go to guy for any work in the Ridgeway Historical District here in Santa Rosa. He knows his stuff and he strategizes with you to make your project the absolute best it can be given your constraints. Financing was tough for our project and Mark worked with us time and time again to re-structure, re-plan and re-innovate the solution to remodeling our 1925 bungalow with the most amazingly difficult to match stucco in the world. His expertise, advice, counsel, and insight made an entirely successful project out of what could have been an unmitigated trauma. Congratulations and a big THANK YOU to Mark Parry.

Mark actually worked with us on 2 projects. We found him to be very professional yet engaging to work with. He listened to us carefully and evenallowed us to drag him along to a kitchen design class with us to further understand our ideas. The remodel was an extensive renovation of about 2500 sq ft of our home. He worked hard to keep cost under control and dealt with the many complexities of a complex remodel. He worked closely with the builder and was ready to deal with issues as they arose during construction. Highly recommended!!
