I would not recommend this company- nor do I respect any person that dealt with me on the phone or email there. I paid $1700 for two bathrooms- one small vanity size was completed, a 3X2 area- the other vanity was not. So out of 25 ft- I have less than 7 feet of marble in my first bath and they only refunded $880 of the money we paid in the end. -they really do not care about people or quality of product they deliver. The marble delivered was covered with white hazy streaks that took three weeks of enduring excuses, avoidance, run around tactics, and insulting insincerity by every employee including Jason Stone himself to finally come remove it to replace. One of the worst experiences of my life. After waiting three weeks for new hand picked marble- we received marble that was TWICE as streaked as the first- not the marble I had picked out and paid for. -so upon the second "delivery"- I had them take the streaked up marble back with them!- (it also had visible seam damage)- as not to leave it. We then had to plead for a refund for over two weeks. We just wanted a fair refund- and in the end- we didn't even get that! Run from this company.

This business is the worst. The girl working there doesn’t know what she doing. We placed our order 6 weeks ago, she forgot to send our order, they send someone to try to fix their mess. The best part....they don’t send the correct mix and they short us on what the girl forgot to order! So now it will probably be another 7 weeks. The only thing this place is good for is excuses and errors! Don’t use them, go somewhere else!

Do NOT use this company to build your swimming pool. I have had issues with water leaking since DAY 1 for 1.5 years. The first year, Jon, would come out when he could and would tell me and my husband that the automatic fill was running all day because of evaporation. I have worked, cleaned and been around pools most of my 40 years of life. I knew something was wrong. I just left another message for "Jason" - assuming the owner Jason Stone - that we had a leak detection service out of Dallas come to Whitehouse to find out what was the issue. As we knew from DAY 1, we had a leak in a joint under the deck. The initial investigation cost me $1,200. They came out Monday, April 3, 2017, cut a tile out of my deck, jackhammered the concrete, spent 2 hours bucketing out water from the hole, took original pvc pipe off and fixed leak. Meanwhile, I have now lost at least 10-12' (that we can tell) of dirt under my deck from the washout of the leak. The deck is basically sitting in AIR with no dirt to help stabilize weight. It will be a matter of time before that portion of deck drops a FOOT. Thus, leaving us with more bills. It has cost me another $1,500 for this company to fix the leak. In addition, I have to figure a way to get dirt under deck to hopefully stabilize it from falling, pour concrete and replace tile that was cut out....more money out of my pocket. It wouldn't have been this bad of damage if this company and employees would stand behind their work and products! Piss poor service too! I have video and photos for proof of my experience.

building a new house and the owner of Stoneworks is professional and willing to work with us. He has twice now made us a really good deal as a package, giving us a good price break for buying flooring, granite and floors from them. The selection is very wide and they are very flexible. They have a designer and all teams needed to professionally install all materials. This is the second time I've worked with them, the first being with a remodel 8 yrs ago. I highly, highly recommend!

Sone works installed hardwood floors and did an excellent job I also had a granite countertop installed in kitchen Service is great and helpful when choosing materials
