Megorden Construction

First I must say that it's really hard to find anybody at all who does cable rail fences in the Los Angeles area. I called a few companies before contacting SD Cable Railing. Of course after several messages to these companies, they never called me back. Go figure. After a complete house remodel the cable rail fence was the last thing on our list to get done and we know what it's like to deal with flaky companies and people. But this was not the case with Steve (I think he is the owner of SD Cable Railings) surprisingly. He is really quick to respond, he knows the world of cable railing, he is forthright, and his shop produces high quality cable railing systems.....PLUS despite the fact that he is in SD, he works with local contractors (one of them being the amazing Jeremy from Megorden Construction) and was able to coordinate all the installation details and dates with a really nice local experienced contractor. If anybody is in LA, and you want to see how awesome our cable rail fence looks (it actually I think increased the value of our home!!), ask Steve or Jeremy and he will get in touch with me and I'd be happy to let you see our fence. Jeremy did a great job installing our modern cable rail. He was professional ,on time and very neat. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It was exactly how we envisioned the product. We will definitely use Megorden construction again.

Megorden Construction did an incredible job on our patio cover. From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. They were on time every day. Cleaned up after themselves. Completed the project exactly when they said it would be finished. We can honestly say they exceeded all of our expectations. They were the only company that actually listened to all our ideas, and made our little dream a reality. Extremely friendly with our pets, which made things very convenient for us. A 5 Star contractor with very reasonable prices.

I am SO pleased with the work done by Megorden Construction! Jeremy came out to my house and gave me a fair and detailed bid to build my deck, and he was so professional! I decided to go with him because I could tell he knew what he was doing, and that he was a hard worker! His rates are also much less than my other bids, so it was a win win! He completed the job in the time frame allotted and did a fabulous job! He pays attention to detail and his craftsmanship is unbeatable! Thank you Jeremy for your hard work!

Built a large patio cover from redwood. Jeremy was very conscientious with his work and obviously took pride in the result. I was very satisfied with the end product and would hire him again should an opportunity arise.

The owner of Megorden Construction, Gorde, is someone you can depend on to be on time and get the work promised done in a timely manner. His pricing is more than fair. I have had Gorde out twice now to make repairs to both of my Patio Overhangs and he did an amazing job on both. My front Patio cover required replacing a large beam on a second level. The beam was 8 inches wide by 20 feet long with lots of cutouts. It was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Gorde for any of your construction needs! Arnie Fielding
