Vanessa created two beautiful bedrooms for our daughters - one for our 11 year old and one for our 8 year old. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Vanessa for a long list of reasons, but, the main ones for us...She listened to what we needed, in our case a lot more storage space, parts of the room(s) to feel like they had a specific function, a feeling of light and space and a special place for our girls to relax in. All of this on a specific budget. She took a genuine interest in and listened to what the girls wanted. They really enjoyed the process too, going through the look-books and choosing their colour schemes and furniture. They also loved the surprise finishing touches which Vanessa chose for the rooms, such as pictures on the wall and the soft furnishings. They now spend much more time in their rooms, because the rooms meet their needs and it is their special space. Everyone's requirements are different, but, I really appreciated the offering wherein Vanessa designed the rooms but also managed all the practicalities of ordering the furniture and blinds, coordinating deliveries, and organising the decorators and the assembly. That made the whole process so seamless and much less stressful. Vanessa is also extremely reliable, prompt, friendly and clear in all her communications and work whether in person, phone or email, which is testament to her brand and business. We were so happy with the rooms and the whole experience that I asked Vanessa to design and coordinate another room in the house. I now have a lovely home office! Thank you so much Vanessa

If you're thinking of having some help with your kids rooms, don't hesitate anymore. It was THE BEST decision, when we moved houses. Our kids immediately felt super excited and comfortable in our new home and it made all the difference for the transition. Also, you'll be in touch with Vanessa, who is just a pleasure to have around (fun, lovely, easy going, super reliable and organised) AND most of all all the rooms she did look amazing. We and the kids enjoy them every day and are so happy with everything Vanessa did!

I used Vanessa for the second time to update my daughters bedroom. I would recommend again as she takes the strain away from planning and organising and provides great inspiration and ideas. I loved her different price options and it allowed me to be more cautious on some items then splurge on others. I’m so impressed that she takes the germ of an idea (from my daughter) then builds around it and completes the look. We already had furniture in the room so she updated the paint and furnishings, with some lovely finishing touches.

I used Moon & Back Interiors for redesigning one child's bedroom and refreshing another. Vanessa was able to work within my brief, listening to likes and dislikes, whilst at the same time giving me plenty of fresh ideas I hadn't thought of. She is mindful of budget and will work within it, giving a range of product ideas. Vanessa made it all so simple - sourcing products, paints, trades - perfect for those that have no time to implement themselves. Her attention to detail in every stage was excellent. My boys are thrilled with their new bedrooms. Would highly recommend.

You can tell that I absolutely love working with Vanessa from Moon & Back Interiors Ltd as she has now designed and decorated all the bedrooms in my house! Vanessa has such a good eye and her ability to bring everything together ensures that the final room always exceeds expectations. Vanessa was a joy to work with on both my children’s rooms and really took the pressure off me by designing and sourcing everything. Freddie’s room is a lovely mix of vintage and modern bits with some more grown up but fun styling. Vanessa was great on the timing of the project getting it all done for his 10th birthday. Evie’s room was updated with more storage - lots of baskets for toys and dressing up that gives her more space to play and makes it much easier to tidy afterwards! I loved how Vanessa came up with a range of lookbooks, which made it really easy to make decisions - something I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. She styled both rooms beautifully and the kids are delighted!

Vanessa helped create a beautiful bedroom for my eleven year old. Claudia had outgrown her pink bedroom and we were wanting something more grown up (but not too grown up) before she started secondary school. Vanessa created mood boards which she went through with my daughter, suggesting different colour schemes, storage solutions, accessories, which Claudia then whittled down so that Vanessa had a clear idea what she liked. She loved being part of this process. Vanessa was super-organised and she motivated me to get the room completed before the summer holidays. She ordered everything, she sourced fabric for the blinds and then organised measuring and fitting. Everything was very easy with Vanessa on board, she only suggested items within budget, she was creative with the space we were working with, she accessorised beautifully, put everything together on "reveal" day and the end result absolutely surpassed my and Claudia's expectations. It is a lovely, calm, space, with lots of lovely details and great storage to keep everything tidy. Thank you Vanessa! I thoroughly recommend you.

Vanessa did a meticulous, thorough job on my sons bedroom. Her organisational skills were excellent and the liaising that she did with cratftsmen was seamless. An enormous relief! She was properly sensitive and attentive to our tastes, sourcing a variety of furniture and accessories, paying close attention to colour, texture and lighting. My son loves his beautiful new room

I used Moon & Back Interiors Ltd to help me give my 5 year old son a long-overdue "Big Boy Bedroom". Vanessa was friendly, helpful and professional from the 1st phone call. I cannot recommend this process enough! I have never had such a stress-free home project before and have already asked Vanessa to come back to help me with my daughter's bedroom later this year. My brief was to give my son an Avenger-Themed bedroom while at the same time making sure that most of the room could grow with him as he grew up and his tastes changed. Vanessa helped with paint samples, fabric swatches for blinds and then all the fun bits too. Everything came in on or under budget and was more than I could ever have hoped to find on my own. The best part was that Vanessa came to put the room all together and then my son and I had a room-reveal which was amazing and better than we could have expected. I was at a loss as to how to make a small room, previously a first floor study, into a child's haven which my son Reggie would enjoy spending time in, play in and actually sleep in. This had been a challenge for some time! I knew Vanessa from early days of nursery and I had no hesitation in enlisting her help. Her ideas were brilliant; she designed the room to make the most of the space available and executed the brief perfectly to achieve exactly the look & feel we were after. She sourced products I would never have thought of and she added finishing touches which rounded off the room perfectly and which she knew Reggie would love. The process was managed seamlessly from start to finish not to mention being bang on budget. My son loves his room and I now can’t get him out of it.

Vanessa did both my children’s rooms and they love them. She took time to understand their likes and dislikes and gave us some options to choose from and captured them perfectly! She did all the legwork and pulled everything together for us. She took the pain out of time consuming research and made our life simple. I especially appreciated how she kept in touch through the project and how she coordinated completion day-a wonderful surprise for children coming home from school! A great service. Highly recommend!
