Mark is a very skilled craftsman who creates bespoke pieces to meet the requirements of his clients. The materials he uses are of the highest quality and they are used to their utmost advantage in the completed product. Mark listens and offers insightful advice before creating a design/quotation. Our wardrobes and bedroom furniture are beautifully made and the work was carried out in an organised, friendly and professional manner.

I live on the Newmarket Road in Norwich and expect the highest standards of workmanship. Mr Rhodes came highly recommended as a craftsman and someone who cares about his work and his relationship with the client. Mr Rhodes hand built a walk in dressing room and internal stair case. Whilst i have strong ideas about what I wanted Mr Rhodes put forward some excellent ideas which we have implemented in the project. Mark designed, manufactured and fitted a fire surround and adjacent alcove shelves and cupboards for us. He was totally professional from start to finish and had a real flair for what would work on the room. The end result has been extremely pleasing and we would not hesitate in recommending him for any furniture you wish to have made.

We commissioned Mark to make a large bespoke bookcase for our new house. He was very knowledgeable, talked us through the options in terms of choice of wood, and showed us lots of samples. He responded promptly to emails and was able to work around our schedule. He didn't try to push us into using expensive materials, but guided us to choosing a mid-range, beautiful and hard-wearing set of materials. He was easily able to copy a design we had shown him, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful and still looks brand new after 2 years if use. Mark has provided us with a most friendly service. He has been ready to help us by taking on small jobs, such as chair repairs and also to supply pieces of timber. He was happy to come round to repair a broken bed when we were away. His work it to a high standard and I have been impressed by the major cabinet making that I have seen him doing.

We had a vague idea of what we wanted and Mark developed those thoughts into the most outstanding furniture we've owned. His workmanship is second to none, his attention to detail superb and in comparison to the cost of mass-produced inferior alternatives he is very competitive. Mark designed & built a beautiful, oak orangery for us. Mark's combination of design flair with superb craftsmanship is a real strength.
