We found Brad and Premier Acoustic Lifestyles thanks to a friend's recommendation. While I was not completely ignorant about the technology behind current A/V equipment, Brad was patient with my wife and I while we asked questions and planned out the A/V needs of our new home. The whole process took several weeks since our home was still under construction, but Brad was helpful and accommodating throughout, both with us and our builder. When the time finally came for installation, Brad and his team did a great job. Our living room and our back porch are wired for audio and both sound incredible! I'm glad we went with Brad's recommendation for speakers because the sound coming from them is crystal clear at any volume, and there is a perfect balance of bass and treble thanks to his expert optimization of our A/V equipment. When we (eventually) finish out our home theater room, I'll definitely be calling Premier Acoustic Lifestyles!

The PAL website introduction starts out with "Our passion is music......and we love movies too." Well, for the last several years, Brad has been helping incorporate my enjoyment of music and movies with our home music and movie experience. Stepping into this type of specialized arena can feel rather daunting, but Brad has been able to help guide us along the processes with choices of several different manufacturers and vendors all across the spectrum. It has been my experience that Brad's relationship with his select vendors is what largely sets the PAL experience apart from other retail owners or that of "big box stores". The level of personalization that is, quite frankly, a bit lost these days. Brad's relationship with his vendors he represents, are a reflection of how he approaches his clients: Quality, responsiveness, and level of personal service. Instant gratification isn't always a good thing, and sometimes what you think you know, or like, doesn't always turn out to be what you expected. It's easy for someone to sell you something; it's more difficult for someone to listen and work along with you to help bring about an "experience". Our experience has been an evolution.....a journey; one that Brad has helped us through with advice and ideas along the way.

Brad and I met while I was in Ft. Myers looking at home theater systems for our Indiana home back in 2004. I felt very good about his knowledge and abilities and decided to work with him on this project. Brad traveled to Indiana for the installation, which went very well, and was finished in a couple days time. We developed a bulb issue in time and Brad promptly had me a no charge replacement delivered. Time passed, technology improved and an upgrade was in order so i asked Brad to look at trade value. Brad got me an new projector with all of the upgrades taking my old unit in as trade at 88% of its original value. Time again passed, FF to 2014, and LED technology got bright enough to project without the need of a high temperature bulb or cooling fan. A new house with a new theater room, Brad with a WOLF LED projector, 70% trade in value for my then 6 year old Runco Model LS-5 and a trip to Indiana made for another successful upgrade. Projectors and a blu-ray player have been the only updates i've made through the years, as all of the audio components originally purchased still produce great sound.

Brad came out and set up my Denon Home Theatre receiver. Dialed in the system using his electronic measuring devices...he also helped correct a sound problem in the room with 2 acoustic treatments that did an excellent job in correcting the issue. Only reason a 5 rating wasn't given was due to the amount of time I waited on the acoustic treatments (which to a degree was out of his hands). Very professional, I would hire him in a minute to set up a new system if needed.

I have purchased several Dynaudio speakers for my Hifi Audio and Home Theater. In addition, a Simaudio 5 channel amplifier and a 280D Dac. A Marantz Universal Cd Player and other pieces of equipment. Premier is a no pressure store that I have been dealing with for over 2 years. Brad is always welcoming and sometimes I just go there to listen to some new amplifier or speakers he has gotten in. I have also had him at my home where the most impressive thing was when he adjusted my system to bring out the best it could be. That was amazing! Highly recommend you go hear and what Brad has to offer.
