Bruce Chavez

My name is Shaun... I don't write many reviews but I felt at least compelled to say a few words about Bruce and his construction company.. Bruce has done a lot of work for me. The result being nothing less than phenomenal! He finished my siding, roof, and even did me a solid and did my front steps. The end result is me having the sharpest house on the block and raising my home value way more than the cost of the work which was an extremely fair price. I wold recommend him for anyone that's looking to get work done. You will not be disappointed at all. It's a family business and a very good, down to earth family. As of now I'm pretty much done with any major upgrades but if I ever buy another home I will not hesitate to have them do the work for me. My house looks like a million bucks without costing a million. This is a real review from just a guy that respects and acknowledges good work... This is great work!!

Bruce & his crew did an amazing job on installing windows in my 3-unit building. Everyone was very professional and the work was excellent quality. The crew even cleaned up! Who does that? Most of the time the guys leave a mess, but these gentlemen were very nice and effective. They also did not treat us like "little ladies" which is what you get from a lot of male contractors. Nice, professional, quick and quality work. What more can you ask for?

Bruce Chavez and New American Construction replaced several windows. The work took a day to do and made our three story brick building in Newark quieter, brighter, and more beautiful. More importantly the workers Bruce employed were respectful and detail oriented. They cleaned up very nicely after themselves as well. We had had some scheduling issues on both sides during the busy end of summer season and Bruce's office was good with communications. So in the midst of a busy time and much stress our work was done respectfully and considerately and well. I recommend them without reservation.
