On a scale of 1-10 this company is an 11!! Clean courteous, fast and did great job. They made my kitchen look brand new! I called them on a Friday they were there on Monday. Highly recommend. ♂️

I had called on New Ceilings, Inc. to help with some drywall replacement in an area that was flooded. I was very pleased with their work and happy to see they clean up well after themselves. I highly recommend them and will be glad to hire them again for future projects.

They did great work, the end result is beautiful. They worked quickly and pricing was fair. We’ll use again for future projects.

I had severe water damage from a busted pipe in my house. I called Stefan Perry at New Ceilings. The team that arrived was extremely professional and courteous. They went over and above to make sure the drywall project was perfect before they left. Awesome job!

I absolutely cannot recommend New Ceilings highly enough. They have more integrity than any other company I have ever done business with and the finished product is amazing due to the skill level and work ethic of each and every employee. They truly will not accept payment until they are sure you're 100% satisfied. And we are. :)

I would highly recommend everyone avoid using this company. A year ago we hired New Ceiling to install and finish new drywall on the walls and ceiling in our guest room. New Ceilings was initially very responsive and professional. The process took three days. We did a walkthrough on the third day and the drywall looked great. Less than 6 months later we began to notice a seam on one of the walls was beginning to show. A month or two after that a seam on the other side of the room began to show. Then multiple screws started popping out of the ceiling. Shortly after, I contacted the company, (they do after all have a two-year warranty on their work). I described what was going on and received a one-sentence response. No apology for the short-lived satisfaction of their service, no thank you nothing, they did not even sign the email with a name. Compared to the way they spoke to us when we initially contacted them it was extremely off-putting. We arranged a time, my husband stayed home from work and then an hour before the appointment they emailed to say they needed to move it to the following day. I emailed and said a day the following week would work. Again a time and date were sent, my husband stayed home and they didn’t show up. No call, no email until two days after the fact. We gave them yet another opportunity, after all, we had paid nearly $2k to have the room done and we wanted it corrected. They showed up took a look and said they would send someone out next week to fix it. Great! Over two weeks go by and we do not hear from them, finally, I get an email saying they would be there the following Thursday. So again my husband stays home from work, and again they do not show up. It has been a month and we have not received an email, a call or any sort of explanation or apology as to why we were again stood up. At this point, we no longer want this company in our home and instead, we will have to hire another company to come out and correct their mistakes. Please learn our lesson and do not hire this company to take care of anything in your home. They do not stand behind their work and the quality will not hold up over time.
