I highly recommend working with this team for your bathroom remodel. We did a gut rehab this summer of our master bathroom. Amin was great coming up with a design based on our needs. Either Amin or Malcom inspected regularly to make sure construction was going smoothly. Our priorities were: 1) larger shower✅ 2) larger vanity✅ 3) get rid of garden tub and step up and replace with a narrower undermount tub. ✅ 4) install heated floors✅ 5) keep linen closet - well we did not actually keep the linen closet and instead replaced with a tall linen cabinet. Cabinet provides just as much if not more storage space and more open floor space. Just as the team was was finishing up the bathroom we experienced a leak from the refrigerator in the kitchen, requiring us now to replace the floors on the 1st floor so we will be using Malcom and Amin for the floor work and some minor kitchen remodeling.

We got several estimates for our kitchen renovation. We were impressed that Amin, the designer and Malcolm, the contractor came to our house for the estimate. It was really encouraging that the design and execution would go hand in hand with Optima. They had great ideas to maximize the use of our kitchen. Communication with Malcolm and Amin was very easy and pleasant. Their crew worked hard and long hours to get the outcome we dreamed of. The kitchen went so well that we contracted Optima to do our master bathroom. Thank you Optima!

As a recent customer, I am happy to share my experience with Optima Kitchen and Bath. Let me begin by saying that not only was their work outstanding, they were professional, courteous, timely, and went above and beyond the norm. The vision that I had for a kitchen remodel was greatly enhanced by their talented team. I addition to the kitchen, we added a bar area which uses the space efficiently. The hardwood floors installed throughout the house are just beautiful. Optima painted my whole house from top to bottom. My home looks amazing!!!! Optima hires only quality, skilled people that are friendly and trustworthy. I always felt comfortable with the team in my home. I have hired many contractors over the years and, by far, Optima Kitchen and Bath has exceeded my expectations. I would be hard pressed to find a company that fulfills promises better than Optima Kitchen and Bath. I will definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

We’ve used Optima Kitchen & Bath for two remodels, the first a tile floor replacement in our guest bath, and most recently a remodel of our 45-year-old master bathroom to modernize it and make it more accessible for my disabled wife. We couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly the remodel was started and completed and how beautiful and functional the finished product turned out, especially the shower. The accessibility features enhance the design and make the bathroom more functional even for able-bodied users. Amin provided excellent design advice, and Malcolm provided regular updates on the project schedule and responded promptly and cheerfully to our requests for information and a couple of minor design changes. We enjoyed working with them and highly recommend Optima for bathroom remodels.

Optima just completed a full renovation of the galley-style kitchen in my 1930s-era home. I am thrilled! I mention the layout of the kitchen because I now appreciate that working in a relatively confined space presented unique design challenges. At every stage, Amin, the owner of the company, treated this renovation with the utmost attention to detail, maximizing the work, dining and storage spaces. Amin’s creative recommendations of backsplash, countertops, cabinets and flooring ensured that the space could be transformed from one which was cramped and somewhat obsolete, to a bright, spacious and functional one. Every skilled craftsman who worked on the renovation paid meticulous attention to the details of backsplash and tile layout, lighting, plumbing, and cabinet and appliance installation. Amin, as well as the project managers assigned to this renovation, kept me fully informed of the status. I will note that this is the second time I hired Optima. Several years ago, I hired Optima to renovate the bathrooms; because I was so pleased with the quality of that work, I didn’t even contact other contractors when it time to turn my attention to the kitchen. I highly recommend Optima Kitchen & Bath.

We used Optima Kitchen & Bath in April of 2022 to do a kitchen "refresh" - - we replaced the counter, repainted cabinetry, installed backsplash, fixed lighting and installed new appliances. OK&B was one of the only places we could find that agreed to help witha "refresh" as opposed to a complete rip out and rebuild, which would have been a huge environmental waste and would have taken a ton of time. We were so happy to work with Malcolm, who was timely and responsive with absolutely no cost overruns, who accomodated last minute design changes cheerfully and worked seamlessly with my personal decorator and my paint guy. I can't say enough great things aout how pleased we were with the value we received and how quickly our project was completed. Thank you very much!

Malcolm and the whole Optima team were great. They worked on a master bathroom remodel (moving plumbing, building a knee wall, changing the shower footprint, fixture replacement, etc.) and the result was exactly what we were looking for. They were a pleasure to work with and listened to our requests throughout the project while also providing advice where need. When minor hiccups came up they were responsive and solution-oriented. They also followed up periodically after the project was finished to tie up loose ends and make sure we were happy with the final product. They were extremely flexible; we mentioned a few other more minor projects around the house and they tackled those as well while they were working on the main project. I would definitely use Optima again.

We had a ceiling collapse in our bathroom, caused by a leaky pipe in the floor of the bathroom above. We decided to take the opportunity to completely remodel both bathrooms, and Optima came in an created showcase bathrooms for us. They listened closely to our ideas and worked hard to make them a reality. Amin and Malcolm accommodated every idea and change of plans without question, aiming to keep us informed and satisfied at every step of the way as they guided us to making the best decisions. They worked with our insurance company, and also provided a great value on the remodeling that exceeded the replacement cost. They were attentive, communicative, professional and easy to work with. I recommend them very highly.

I contacted Optima when the shower pan in my master bathroom cracked and water started to leak on the ceiling of the floor below. My main contact was Malcolm and he was very easy to work with. He knew how to work with my insurance company and walked me through the process. The price I was quoted at the beginning was the price I paid. He provided me frequent updates on when the work was going to be completed. The shower glass took a bit longer than expected but otherwise the work was completed within the timeline we discussed. All of the folks that came to work in my home were respectful and took care to clean up behind themselves. The final project came out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!!
