Paliy Construction is great!!! Thanks to Nazar, Tim, Eugene, Sergey, Vlad, Andrey, Ruvim , Ruvim, Ernesto.....for their work. I am amazed how young these crew and their commitment to their work is exemplary. Now our masters bathroom looks wonderful.

Fantastic experience! All members of the team were kind and communicative. Very quick turn around time as well, way faster than expected, and the quality of work was outstanding. 10/10 I’ll be hiring them again for my kitchen remodel.

Paliy did a terrific job on my countertops. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Communication is so easy - Nazar was so responsive to every question I had. A special shout out to Tim, the plumber. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done before my company arrived! I'm already planning my next Paliy project.

They did new engineered wood floors for in our condo. Easy to work with, offered good options to minimize cost. Work was done quickly to meet our move in date. Pleased with results!

Paliy just finished our job of replacing two bathroom shower molded inserts with marble and porcelain tile and all-new fixtures. They are beautiful! All the work was carefully and expertly done. They were quick but not hurried. All the communication was clear and friendly. The price was fair; not the lowest but well below the highest.

I recently had my entire home remodeled by Paliy, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless, and the final result exceeded my expectations in every way. The team at Paliy was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and worked closely with me throughout the entire project to ensure that every aspect of the remodel met my expectations.

Paliy Construction just completed our primary bathroom remodel in 5 weeks. Just as Nazar said! From meeting Nazar and working with all of the different talents, the project was completed in a timely mannner, workers showed up as scheduled, communications was great. I was able to text questions and comments each day with Nazar responding back soon after. Each worker answered questions as they came up and gave thoughtful suggestions when necessary. Though in the middle of a remodel with dust and grit, each person tidied up at the end of the day. The price was fair, the workmanship top notch and communication great. I would definitely use Nazar and his team again. We hope to schedule our hall bath remodel this summer.

My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condo’s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchen’s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first called—despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the “go ahead.” We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work. Our oak floors, granite and glass tile turned our condo into a showplace. The workmanship is superb! Without exception, the employees and sub-contractors were polite, skilled, and each demonstrated a strong work ethic I highly recommend Paliy Construction for any build or remodel.
