P and P Maintenance was established in 1993 and is locally owned in the Jefferson County area of Alabama. Our fully licensed and insured team has over 18 years of combined experience in the maintenance, repair, and renovation field. Through the many years of hands on experience, our professionally trained staff has obtained the expertise and knowledge that is required to assure that the highest quality of repair and installation service is provided. Our Company provides services for residential homes located throughout Jefferson County, such as the Bluff Park, Bessemer, Birmingham, Center Point, Ensley, Homewood, Hoover, and Mountain Brook areas. Services include all work associated with appliances, carpentry, electrical, HVAC systems, painting, plumbing, roofing, and swimming pool care. We also conduct personal home inspections for our clients. Our Team performs contract work for companies such as Realty South, the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and Costco Wholesale, just to name a few. In addition, our broad range of expertise reflects contract work involving general maintenance, renovations, remodeling, as well as painting and cleaning services of apartment communities.
