I has a small kitchen to do. Wasn't sure if 4 boxes would be enough but was a few extra S.F. We asked if we could return a box if we ordered an extra. We were told, "yes but there a 40% restocking fee." We were willing to go with that fee. The problem was, when the job was finished and we didn't need the extra box, Horrigan refused to take the box back. He kept repeating we should keep extra just in case. Be Careful about what they say. They flipped their policy on me. Be aware

Horrigans flooring did a wonderful job. From the initial estimate to completion they honored every appointment time and installation appointment. Our hardwood floor is beautiful and matches adjacent floors very well.

Everything was perfect from the first time we walked in the showroom until the project was complete. We did a kitchen/bathroom renovation and had new wood/vinyl planking installed, plus new wood floor molding. The installer was phenomenal and went way above and beyond. He cut off the bottoms of 3 doors so they would fit on the new floor and he even took home a heater cover to cut it down some to fit. The work was flawless, the product is amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Horrigan was awesome to work with, from start to finish. I had shower tile and flooring installed in my bathroom. Patrick and Karen were both highly responsive and easy to work with, and the installers (Joe and Jake) were great and very skilled. Pricing was fair and I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them for any flooring or tiling!

I visited Horrigan Flooring Center, when I needed a new carpet for the conference room in the business where I am employed. The staff was polite, helpful, and prompt. I enjoyed the process of picking out and sizing the carpet, as much the product itself. The gentlemen who installed the carpet were spectacular as well. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

We are very pleased with both the carpet and the installation. Patrick was very helpful, and the installers were first-rate. There were some quirky aspects that were handled well and the whole job went smoothly. I'm sorry that their store hours are limited since I cannot easily get to the new location and I have two more rooms that need help. That said, I would recommend them without hesitation.
