I wouldn't trust half these reviews. From first hand experience, use them if you want 2+ years of construction time, your requests ignored or forgotten, and constant broken promises. Many recent clients still waiting to move in due to "covid delays" but the resources were not there before covid to meet promised timelines.

Kenny and Paul have been nothing but outstanding during the construction of our dream home. It's our first time building our home which includes a laneway house. Kenny and Paul have been transparent and effectively communicated from start to finish. PHW takes care of everything from permits and demolition to the finshing touches after you move in and everything in between. Both of them are on site very regularly and will consistently check with us to ensure that we are happy with the detail and quality of the work. They have assembled a set of trades people that are professional, friendly and keep the workspace clean. Kenny brought fresh ideas to the table (along with his humour) and helped us hone our design vision into reality. We couldn't be happier with how things have gone and it has made this process quite fun! Thanks to PHW, our home was built on schedule and we love living in it! They really do work tirelessly to ensure that you are able enjoy the end product. We couldn't be happier and we'd love to do this again in the future!

One of the best contractor in the lower mainland. Having done several other reno projects in the past, we've decided to go with Kenny from PHW Homes for our largest project yet. He helped us gut and redesign/redo our entire house. My wife and I were VERY impressed by his professionalism and work ethics. Kenny went above and beyond and helped us design the entire layout and style of our house. Dont be afraid to ask him for design/decor input as Kenny's taste is very modern, yet sophisticated and classy. We will not go with anyone else for all of our future projects.

Seriously awesome. We are incredibly lucky and thankful for Kenny and his team. They are so incredibly professional and produces quality work. There are times where Kenny would suggest other options because the initial option wasn't up to quality standards...and btw, his suggested option is actually at lower price!! Even though our job is considered smaller compared to his other projects, he always had great follow up. Along with his cheerful and humorous personality, he made us feel at ease all the time. Plus Kenny has excellent tastes and gave us guidance on selecting the right material to create the entire look. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I highly, highly recommend PHW Homes.
