Professional Information

I trained as an architect and currently teach in the School of Architecture and Design at RMIT. I am My design practice is small and I am interested in design as research, where the act of producing a project involves exploring, developing and evolving a set of interconnected ideas. I have a particular interest in how environments generate vitality, in thinking about buildings as our companions, rather than as objects, in exploring built environments as ecologies, and in attending to deep, geological time in thinking about and drawing on site history.
