We work together with architects and designers to produce creative solutions with the aim to reduce the environmental impact of our designs by minimising light pollution, whilst maximising energy efficiency and as a result our schemes often exceed current legislation and regulation. Our services are tailor made to suit the requirements of each project that we are involved with: Pitch package – On occasions where we are required to be part of a pitch / if we are asked to redesign an existing scheme / submit a scheme for planning or if an Electrician has no drawings to work from for example, we offer a preliminary drawing package. This includes just the basic RCP’s for design intent only / 1No. set of revisions and a basic quotation to supply the lighting equipment. These may derive from photo’s/notes and general e-mailed / telephone correspondence but no site visit /client meeting is included. * Fixed cost for residential projects, based on a standard sized 4 bedroom property, please enquire for more details. Intermediate package – Designers / Architects / Specifiers usually prefer to know roughly how much they will be spending out on each area of expertise, so that they can build this into their upfront costs to the client . This package is spread over a longer period of time and includes: RCP’s with 3No. sets of revisions (as a guideline and not set in stone) / a detailed specification / wiring drawings / quotation to supply (where applicable) and 1No. client meeting / site visit. *The cost for this varies, dependant on the size of the project. Complete package – This package is as per above but also includes unlimited revisions to the scheme and 2D/3D lighting calculations. *Again, the cost for this varies, dependant on the size of the project. (Please note that costs will increase if there are no .dwg files for us to work from) We work across a wide spectrum of sectors including: As part of our professional lighting design package we produce all of the relevant information required, which can be used for tender purposes or installation. We offer a professional CAD service; working in DWG format and can accurately set out the lighting design scheme directly onto your digital plans, ensuring efficient co-ordination and communication between the services and our lighting calculations are a great tool for visualising the scheme.
