Last summer (2022) my wife and I decided to undertake a backyard makeover with an in ground pool and pool deck as the centerpiece. Little did we realize how much work and how complicated the undertaking would be. Between the county permiting of engineering, building, and zoning, HOA submission and approval, and everything else I was pretty skeptical that it would ever happen. In Steps Randy and his skilled crew @ Integrity Pool Builders. They had been highly recommended by good friends in the contruction business so I was very pleased to have them walk us through the process from the day we signed the contract to the day I did my first plunge. It's not just the pool project itself but all of the other trades that have to be involved. Surveying before and after, Gas, Electrical, Pavers and Flatwork and of course the Landscaping. All of these trades have to work together and in symphony or you will just have one big hole in the ground that never gets finished. Communication from IPB as to what was happening and what my responsibility would be was loud and clear from the begining. After the job was completed the service and followup has been as excellent as expected. This is too big a project to trust to just anyone so give them a call if you are thinking about it! IPB built our pool and they also maintain it now. From design to maintenance they are very easy to work with. They are also clear about costs which we really appreciated with such a large investment in our home. We love our pool and these guys/gals keep it immaculate. Very happy.

We had Integrity Pool Builders put in a pool and hot tub for us in 2022. They were able to stay on schedule with the pool building while also allowing our landscape company to work around the pool building. We got an entirely new backyard and it turned out amazing. Both the pool and the hot tub are fun for us and our kids. Mason in particular was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions along the way. We would recommend IPB for anyone thinking about a pool or hot tub.

We had Integrity Pools build our pool a few years ago and now have them maintain it. Felix is our weekly tech and does an awesome job. So happy with our hot tub and pool! Our backyard is absolutely gorgeous because of our pool project! Be careful when you choose your pool builder. This is one of the most expensive projects you will do in your home. We noticed many pool guys popping up all over Colorado, who ended up not having the experience or knowledge of Integrity Pool Builders. From design, to build, to final project review, the customer service and experience is well worth it at Integrity. Our family is so happy with our beautiful pool and we use the hot tub all year around! I also appreciated the constant communication if there was going to be any delays due to weather or getting product from distributors. Have patience in the process, don't lose sight of how wonderful your pool will be and Integrity will walk with you through it all. Choose Integrity!

The IPB team is really top notch, starting with responsiveness. When I was initially looking to install a pool, IPB (Craig, specifically) was one of the only shops to call me back to discuss design and what real numbers look like. He also was very frank that this would be a large construction project and bumps would inevitably come up along the way with permitting, etc. but we would work together to see through them. IPB was always on time and always did what they would say they would do. They have a very professional team in all facets - from design, to material selection, to construction, to maintenance. I can't recommend them highly enough - there is already one other family in our Boulder County neighborhood using their services.

Integrity Pool Builders designed and built our pool to our unique situation and has maintained it since its completion in 2017. We live in a 120 year old farm-house and the pool's design required that it be compatible with the age of the home. The end result was incredible and it was later featured on the cover of 5280. Their weekly maintenance is on time and reliable. This company is the one to use.

We contracted IPB to build a pool for us shortly after covid started. We were swimming in about 6 months and we added an element of landscape design after the project began. IPB worked seamlessly with our landscape company. Everyone we interacted with were professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Have recommended to several friends. We still use IPB for our weekly maintenance and love being able to use our pool year round.
