About Us

Red Sky Contracting has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. We started out providing interior woodworking and finish carpentry to several builders in and around Calgary. Through the years we have grown to be one of the largest suppliers of such services to the greater Calgary Area. We feel it is our attention to detail and professionalism that has earned us the trust and respect of some of Calgary’s largest and top builders. As our reputation grew, so did our client base. With that, word of mouth took over and has allowed us to expand our passion to the renovation and new home construction phase of the industry. Our team brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the table and we are continually trying to educate ourselves to keep up to the ever changing field of home construction.

Dean from Red Sky contracting really pulled us out of a bad spot. the contractor we originally hired to repair our basement after the 2013 flood went bankrupt and our basement repairs were not even half done. We contacted Dean at Red Sky (we should have went with him in the first place) and he was able to asses the situation that we were left with and came up with a solution. He took his time and fixed the "repairs" that were not done correctly the first time, and hired the sub-trades that cared about what they were doing. They took their time and did a great job. It is almost two years later and we LOVE our repaired basement, Everything has held up and we have had no issues with the work that Dean's team did for us. Thanks Dean!

Red Sky Contracting has done all of the finishing carpentry work on our last 3 homes. They do great custom work and we get compliments all of the time on the built in entertainment unit Dean built in our basement. Excellent work and great to work with.

In a class of its own, Red Sky, lead by Dean Eggertson exceeds expectations with attention to detail, follow through, meeting timelines and budget. Would highly recommend. When I learned that one of the top home builders in the area used him to do the finishing in their model homes, that was an indication that they were well respected in the construction industry.

Superb work! Highly recommend. Dean and Dan are committed professionals that put me right at ease, and Red Sky's construction team are top notch as well. I can say with some certainty that I will hire them again, and I genuinely look forward to it.

Red sky contacting is the most professional company with the highest standards for quality I have ever met. If the proof is in the pudding then just take a look at some of the past projects they have done for yourself. Dean can give you planning advice and execute any job you have. Take my advice, there is no other company comparable.
