The installation crew was top notch and really did incredible work. They informed me of what they were doing and why whenever I asked. They were professionals and made the project enjoyable.

This was a pleasant experience. Adam and Lukasz were professional, knowledgeable and informative regarding our wish to replace a sliding door. Adam's presentation was precise and provided all of the information we needed to make a decision to have Andersen replace our door. Lukasz provided remote support and pointed out many items we needed to be aware of and items we need to perform prior to the door being replaced. Adam Kraft came to our house for a consultation for our front door and interior garage door. We’ve spoken to a few other companies before Renewal by Andersen (Home Depot, Feldco, and one other) but never could find exactly what we were looking for. Within 20 minutes of being here, Adam took our vision and brought it to life. He was meticulous with going over all the fine details and was very upfront about price, which was not our experience with the other companies we spoke with. We were happy with the financing offered (with Adams encouragement, we went with a monthly financing option with a very competitive rate that was very doable with our budget) and the timeline he presented. We would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen, specifically Adam Kraft, for any future door and window needs.

We engaged Renewal by Andersen to replace all of our windows and several large French doors. We could NOT be more pleased with every aspect of the project. 1) They were very helpful and insightful in the design phase. They listened to all of our ideas and guided is to a really good design. 2) The Andersen products are incredibly high quality - very well built and they look great. 3) The installation phase of the project went very well. We had one small issue related to two window that were back-ordered. They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. 4) The second phase of the installation was to complete the two final windows and to do the final walk-through. The final team was led by Damien - he was great. He spent as much time as needed to give is complete confidence in the project. 5) Both teams were consummate professionals - they were very meticulous and took great care to lay down plastic and runners to protect our floors. In sum - every time we look at our new windows and doors were are totally pleased with the result. We would recommend Renewal By Andersen without reservation.

So far so happy with our choice of new windows! They look great, and installation went amazingly well and fast - 19 windows done in one day! Adam Kraft was so helpful during decision making, and has been great with following up during the whole process.

Danny, the lead installer, was not only an excellent craftsman, but also extremely conscientious about protecting our home and furnishings. He managed that whole crew of men, and still had enough time to answer all my questions and concerns. Almost every room in our home with windows and doors has very expensive silk wallpaper. They removed all the existing trim work without damaging the wallpaper. They cleaned up so well, one would never guess that we had construction work done! We cannot say enough good things about Danny and his crew.

Mr. Alon Shalem was very knowledgeable and honest in his appraisal. He did not try to sell us something we did not need.
