Marvin and Leslie changed our lives. Our two-bedroom apartment gets little light and my wife had hoarded all manner of books, magazines, cosmetics. Initially, I asked them for ideas about renovating our bathroom and kitchen, in anticipation of my upcoming knee surgery. They looked around at my wife's "stuff," and to her relief, expressed no judgment. They recommended that we expand our plans, advising that us to renovate our entire apartment, and that they would help us. We agreed. They helped us select a contractor, arranged to empty the apartment (some things were tossed, others put in storage), and then supervised the work. We left NY, but trusted them completely. Three months later we returned home and walked into a barely recognizable apartment that was barely recognizable: there was new "light"' because of their exquisite taste and color choices. My wife had mentioned always wanting red lacquer somewhere and, lo and behold, there was a floor- to-ceiling red laquered bookshelf. Along with a new living & dining room furniture, and redecorated bathroom and bedrooms. The family pictures they chose to display happened to be the same ones we would have chosen. It would have been downright eerie if we didn't already believe in Spirit. They are talented, educated, sophisticated artists and very sensitive human beings. They managed our contractors to make sure the work was done in a quality fashion, within budget, and by the deadline of our return. They are angels who entered our lives in 2013, and we are reminded of them every day.

Marvin and Leslie the Rinehardt/Miller design team are awesome! They have amazing style and taste as well as great ideas; while taking into account who you are and your lifestyle. Marvin was able to say “no” to some of my not so good ideas, without being pushy or disrespectful. Selling a big house, and moving to a 2 bedroom apartment can be stressful. Having this team advising, and putting it all together took much of the stress away. The result was a wonderful living space that earns endless compliments.

Rinehardt/Miller did an absolutely spectacular job renovating our 100 yr. old brownstone in Harlem, NY. Not only were the results incredible, but they completed it on time and under budget. Fifteen years later our home still resembles a shelter magazine spread.
