Rocky Mountain Tile & Stone

We did a remodel of master bedroom and bathroom with Mike Streeby under business name of Rocky Mountain Granite and Tile. There were numerous issues but most notably the texture job was botched so badly it needed to be completely redone. Mike and Dian both told me that I would be responsible for hiring new crew to remedy and that Rocky Mountain would cover the bill. They approved the bid, but when it came down to paying they walked back on their word and refused to honor their agreement, leaving me to foot the $3800 bill for new texture and paint. They also did a new walk-in shower for me and did not properly grade the flooring to the drain, having as much as a 2” slope in 12” effectually leaving the person trying to take a shower bending one leg since the drain is exactly underneath the spray of the shower head. They have refused to even come look at this issue. I have never experienced such poor workmanship and downright dishonesty from any company ever. I spent $34,000 on my project and had to pay an additional $4,000 to fix bedroom walls and will likely have to spend roughly another $4,000 to repair shower floor!!!

We are looking at redoing our tile in our bathroom. The owner, Mike Streeby cam by and gave us an estimate. He was very efficient and his knowledge and experience really showed. We will be hiring them to do the work for us.
